Brought my truck in to find the source of a leak. Damian was very helpful and responsive whenever I had concerns. When he discovered the source of the leak, he presented options on how to fix it that I could afford. They are respectful of your time and my experience with them was refreshingly positive.

I was unfortunate enough to have another driver hit from the rear passenger side. The car was not drivable at all! I remember one of my friends had recommended me Auto Collision Excel from an accident she had been involved in . Once I got their information I reach out to the shop and explained my situation. I spoke with Damian who was very calm as I was a bit frantic after had being hit. He asserted me that I was in good hands and to have the tow send the car his way.I was so glad I did! Fortunately enough I do have a good car insurance and they were able to start the repairs on my two year old car as soon as the adjustor gave the green light ( which happened rather quickly )After a mere week ( original parts had to be delivered to the shop) I got my baby back! in mint conditions!When I picked it up it looked brand new! I am very happy with the customer, mechanical and finishing pain services they were able to provide.In this day and age it is extremely important to have our cars in excelent conditions. Initially went to Caliber Collision in San Juan Capistrano after our truck was rear-ended, and the expert there said that they would repair the dent in the panel by punching it back out and repainting it. Luckily we sought second opinion with Carstar Excel because they knew the entire side panel needed replacing, including the bumper. They even found damage underneath which they took care of. The truck is now repaired and looks fantastic. They dont use any after market parts, all original from the manufacturer. 5-stars for their work and their professionalism.

We have been using Excel for a few years now. The professionalism is always present. The quality of their work is AMAZING! I have worked with countless body-shops over my 20+ year career and this shop is without a doubt the best quality, easiest to deal with out of all of them. The refuse to do a job cheaply to appease your insurance company. They wont use junkyard crap to fix your car. They will only do top quality work. If you want it cheap and fast pick another shop. But if you want it done right there isnt a better choice.

DO NOT Trust These People!!!This shop had my truck for two months and failed to properly repair and/or paint my vehicle.When I asked them to make it right they lied stating they requested work from my insurance that was never requested.Moreover they claimed to have completed work, received money from my insurance and me and now refused reimburse either.Stay Away!!!

Have had nothing short of a professional and easy experience. My car was hit when I was out of town and was referred to two shops through insurance, but wanted to send my Jeep to the best around. Just based on reviews, Excel had the best overall reviews that were consistent and no one reported any shadiness. Damien was so thorough and thoughtful over the phone when I first reached out and made the experience from start to finish very smooth. My car was hit again just a week after I got it back, Damien was the first person I called and set me up to repair my car on my day off. Won’t go anywhere else!

I got into a really dumb accident and destroyed my back window and door. Excel fixed it up in a couple of days at the best price I could find and made sure to add as much value to my repairs as possible. They picked up a new rear hatch and painted it, exact match, and took other things from the part to upgrade my car. I am a very happy customer. I hope to never need fixing my car up again ;) but will definitely come back here if I do.
