My wife and I discovered this place when driving in San Juan. This place is amazing! I had the normal iced latte and my wife had the iced chai latte. Both were really good. The coffee was smooth and refreshing. The owner was a really nice guy who is clearly very passionate about what he does. The name of the place is right on point! Tim makes great coffee!

Tim is in fact making great coffee. I usually go to Hidden House several times a month when Im in the area, but I will also be coming here now. My cold brew was fantastic and I cant wait to try the hot coffee/espresso selections once the weather cools down.

Our go to spot in south OC. Tim is a rock star, always there and ready to get you what you need.The food choices are fantastic and he makes them all himself right there! Can’t beat that.The coffee is fantastic and on par with the title “great”.The music choices are always enjoyable too :)Spam and pancakes is always an easy way to improve your day.

Cool atmosphere and Tim is super nice. Tried the 4 shot iced Americano and an iced dirty chai. Americano is strong of course, but very smooth and excellent flavor. The dirty chai was also good, had a bit of spice you dont typically find in a chai. We also got chocolate crossaints which were tasty and quite literally the size of my face. Prices are very reasonable. Definitely recommend coming here!

We saw the name and it caught our eye, we love trying new small restaurants and owners who are passionate about what they do. We found exactly that from Tim. Fried rice for breakfast? My husband was in heaven. I got the breakfast sandwich and chai which didn’t taste like it came from a powder mix but super fresh and perfect spiciness. The latte was perfectly sweetened foamy and smooth. Thank you Tim! We will certainly stop in again.

A highlight of our weekend is stopping by Tim’s for coffee. Tim’s a kind a generous person and his coffee and breakfast food are delightful.

There is a reason this spot is full of 5 star reviews. Tim is amazing! And the coffee and tea aint bad either. We came by on labor day which may or may not have been why this center was so quiet. We were pointing out the building and seen a man smile walking into the shop. Then we noticed he was packing in all the outdoor furniture so we asked if he was already closed. He said he could make us drinks but no food at this time, as he was closing for the day. That was perfect, just what we came for. I ordered an iced latte and my guy ordered an iced green tea, strong, which was iffy by Tim since the black tea is what he has iced. But he made our drinks by request and they were much needed and appreciated. Dont hesitate to try this coffee shop!

Tim is a great guy, he serves Equator Coffee, great coffee. Nice new building, clean bathroom, but limited seating. Only disappointment​ there was no light coffee for drip when I stopped by so I would really give this shop 4.5 stars. Bonus for having a great name for your coffee shop.

Went the first time and he was out of almost every flavor. Gave it a second chance and got a mediocre latte. The place was very dusty and the glass table look like it hadnt been cleaned in a year. I definitely will not be driving out of my way to come here.

Second time stopping by here while travelling for work. Consistently great coffee and food has been amazing both visits! Super nice owner as well.

Tim makes great cold brew and fixes it to your liking. He is also warm, friendly and welcoming. Tim also makes a bomb breakfast sandwich that he suggested was more than enough for 2 people. Tim was totally spot on. Will return for more drinks.

Wife and I came across this shop and we loved it. Please dont be in a hurry when you come, not slow, but everything is made to order. Tim makes you feel welcome even though he is helping customers and running the kitchen. First, the coffee is amazing. I had a mocha (Tim has his own chocolate recipe) and it was delicious! Wife had a latte and we shared them, both were so good. I ordered French toast, sorry Mom, Tims was better! Wife had the pancakes, and they are prepared like large ebelskivers (google it lol) with syrup cooked into them. We will be back and recommend Tims to all our friends!

Tim is a control freak. Asked him if I could put in my own cream n sugar . Nope, you’ll like it the way he does it, he said. I didn’t ! I had to put in both the cream and sugar the way I liked it, except he wouldn’t allow me to put the cream in my self. Are you kidding me Tim?! And, he then put in too much cream!

The gentleman who owns this place and prepared our awesome lattes said it best I feel like this place is my living room and my customers are my guest. He most certainly treated us as his guest not to mention that this place is so much better than Starbucks and any other corporate place. Great place to enjoy a cup of coffee...I came here every day while in mission Viejo and was consistanly wonderful.

Tim is one of the first people I met after moving to SJC, I met him by coming into his coffee shop. Tims place is a great spot for coffee and food, but it is more than that. If you like a place with regulars and where the owner probably knows your name, look no further. His approach to coffee and food is simple, and I think it is simply perfect!

Absolutely theee best coffee spot in Sanjuan Capistrano offering some very unusual chai combos. One in particular is Homemade Naan with Chai. The Only place that bakes a fresh naan with chai. Takes me to Mumbai without the 14 hour plane journey.The owner is kind and hard working.

We drove 14 mins out of the way and passed up multiple coffee places just for a Chai latte thats made from scratch and Tims place did not disappoint! This Chai latte was different in every way right. Its stronger and the auroma of the chai leaves you with a calming effect. I appreciate that he didnt shove a bunch of ice in the cup as well,that is always upsetting.If youre looking for some great coffee and delightful service I highly recommend you guys come here!
