Received earing aids from a relative and needed new molds for ear piece. No pressure to buy new hearing aids. Also the option of calibrating the hearing aids for my husband was not pressured either. The technician was knowledgeable and helpful.

When my old hearing aids broke, I called Connect Hearing. My first impression of the receptionist, Bell, was wonderful. She set me up with an appointment, checked with my insurance and offered to help give me directions there. Upon meeting and working with the Audiologist, Penny, I could not be more satisfied. Their services are Top Notch!! So glad I found these caring people!!Again, at a most resent appointment, ALL of my previous review remains spot on! A wonderful facility with professional help. Do not hesitate to make an app I there. You will go away happy and healthier.

Had a hearing test conducted by Penny recently. Last year I had another hearing test at a different audiologist office. While the test results are similar, Penny took a very different, and what I consider more reasonable, approach with respect to recommending remedies. Penny also spent more time going over the results and explaining potential consequences of not taking remediation action. Unlike the other audiologist who conducted an earlier hearing test, Penny did not use sale tactic or paint a bleak picture when making recommendations. Even though I have not made a decision regarding the recommended remedy, I would rate this experience very positive and would not hesitate making further contact with this office.

Belle was extremely helpful when she booked the appointment and greeted me when I arrived. Alice Penny was informative and extremely thorough. She is patient and caring. She took time to explain the hearing tests prior to taking them and spent a long time going over the results and assuage all of my fears. My experience at Connect Hearing was great. I highly recommend this facility.

Ive seen 4 hearing aid specialists this past year. Alice Penny Lilly, at this office, is by far the most empathetic, kind, and knowledgeable of them all. I highly recommend her for anyone interested in hearing aids. For those of you still delaying getting them (something I did for 7 years), youre missing out! I can hear everything again.. the crashing waves, birds, even people in crowds and noisy restaurants. I realized only after getting my hearing aids that I had withdrawn from friends, stopped going out, and isolated myself... do yourself a favor. GET THEM. And, talk with Alice Lilly.

My wife encouraged me to get my hearing checked. My test was conducted by Alice Penny Lilly. She was very professional and very pleasant. She put my wifes worries at ease, but did have to break us the news that my Hearing Problems were caused by Selective Hearing, rather than an issue with my ears. Im working on that, based on the doctors advice.

Most amazing staff ever! Alice was very knowledgeable, and extremely patient with me. She did everything she could to make the right selection for my hearing disability. Unfortunately I just couldn’t get used to wearing them. Maybe I’ll be ready a few years from now and try again. I returned the hearing aid for a full refund, with no questions asked. I’ll be back some day!

My experience as a client of Connect Hearing in San Juan Capistrano dates back five years. Over the course of that time, there has never been an occasion that both the Receptionist and the Audiologist have not been welcoming, friendly and efficient. On the recent visit, I was very impressed with the new provider, Alice P. Lilly. She is a thorough and extremely knowledgeable provider that relates first to the client in a warm and friendly manner, then provides the technical information on hearing and hearing devices. Needless to say that I would highly recommend Ms Lilly where hearing evaluation is desired. Since the preceding post, I have received two service checks with the same excellent help and efficiency.

I first went to Connect Hearing two years ago. They detected a small amount of hearing in my right ear (a different hearing test at another company, missed that important fact). This newfound information, allowed me to obtain a hearing aid in one ear, verses a device in both ears that redirects sound from one side to the other. The staff is perceptive and talented, and the receptionist is always smiling and extremely helpful. Connect Hearing changed my life for the better.

When I arrived I was greeted by a lovely lady at the front desk I unfortunately did not catch her name, she offered water and got me started with the paperwok. Penny came out and introduced herself, they were both super friendly and accommodating.Penny was super thorough and went theough my concerns with me and did my testing with no issues. I came from Boise, ID to have my hearing aid checked in San Juan Capistrano, CA. The staff person was exceptional and I felt really blessed to be there. She checked my hearing (it hadnt been done for several years). Then she programmed my hearing aid and put in a new transitor to help me hear better. I would not go anywhere else for my hearing needs. I cant say enough good things about Alice. Thank you for taking such good care of me!

Penny is the best! I have a complicated hearing issue and difficult to fit with the right devices. Penny took the time to assess my condition and discussed the many options that would help me.
