Wonderful place! The staff is very professional, especially the hearing aid specialist Amanda. She is very knowledgeable and so warm, helpful and very kind.She will find you the perfect fit hearing aid!!!Amanda always has a smile on he face and it makes you feel so comfortable.I can recommend this place to anybody best hearing aid center hearing test place in Orange County!!!!Love it!!!
My Grandma needed some hearing aids I heard of this place from a friend. Went down there and they helped my grandma will all her needs ... they showed her love and kindness and she did end up buying a pair. I’m great full for my friends advice on going there. Thank u Mandy u were very helpful!
The most help I would have ever expected. Ask for Amanda. She made me very comfortable and asked all the right questions. Made me feel like she really was interested in helping me hear again.
Not long after this Miracle Ear location opened, I stopped by, delighted to welcome them to our neighborhood and soon met Colleen Remeyer, the hearing specialist. I had problems with my current set of aids and she was kind enough to examine, repair and clean them for me. It was a much appreciated courtesy. I returned recently, a bit over a year later, and found Colleen just as accommodating and professional. We discussed the latest in technology and the enormous improvement over what I have been using. She explained the financing possibilities, as well, and I left feeling optimistic. Also, the admin, Jacob, was open and professional, too. What an asset this is to San Juan Capo.
My husband broke his hearing aids and we thought we may have tostart all over and spend lots of money.....I called around to see if anystores could repair. Most said no...too old....but when we came into yourSan Juan Capistrano Center we were encouraged. Ken the office manager was so concerned and really wanted to assist us, but our aids would not fit any of yours.(Phonak). Ken kept looking at old stock thinking he may be able to help...but that did not happen. I want you to knowthat this young man went out of his way to assist us.It is wonderful having employees that show this type of concern for others. He could have just dismissed two old people but he did not do that at all. I will check with him if I ever need a company that shows this type of service. Thank you again Ken....you are a very special person.
