The staff is very helpful. It is sometimes hard to get staff member as there is typically only 2-3 behind the counter at a time. Plenty of copy and fax machines. Other than the front desk, it is typically not crowded.

I can print or copy anything I need there without having to deal with the staff, however anytime I have had to deal with the staff they were friendly and helpful. You can print off a flash drive or you can email a link to the printandgo feature and input a confirmation code to print on your own. Just swipe a card and print!

Poor experience. I have a rug I was hoping to return, attendant was not helpful with repackaging it. I understand rugs arent easy to manage, but it was laughable since the sign on their wall said no matter how big or bulky, well get it there. Took it to my local, much smaller shipping store and was assisted with a smile and much more customer service. Wont be coming back here

Good FedEx location with helpful staff. Machines are always working and current. Plus theres a burrito place next door, how could that be wrong?

I visited on June 8th around 1:30 when i arrived there was another customer who said it was his 2nd time being there that will and was upset over how long it was taking them to even begin assisting him due to the machines not being stocked or maintained and ready to go the female employee working the computers had an unpleasant attitude and said I had to buy USB and pay for something else plus i was gonna have to do it myself in the machines that werent ready to begin with . I really needed those cards so I decide to go ahead thats When another gentleman came and tried to Help me we began the process and confirmed that she was wrong about the only way of getting them was through the machines I had been there before a few months back when a different young lady had assisted me and didnt have to do all of that so after wasting 20 minutes I decided to leave she was still waiting on the machine to start when i left .....a few months ago I would have reste rated it 5 star ....😐

Very slow, staff did not acknowledge my presence for quite a while and just assumed I would help myself, despite standing in line at the counter. Once I did get help, things went smoothly enough.

Very bad service ..Bob...district manager instead of help give you more trouble...I will never return
