Excellent customer service, my car had a dead battery, they checked my old battery and in minutes replaced the battery. I was very satisfied with the service.

Oil change ok. Some motors clips on my car dissapeared during inspection. Still need reduce prices on estimates.

Convenient location. Only visited store area, which needs more variety of general auto care merchandise. Ok, if youre looking for the most common brands.

The person that attended me was not polite plus he did not even told the price of the tire and gave no receipt. After sitting at the waiting room for 2 1/3 hours, I got up to see the status of my car and the person that attended me had not given the technician the order for my car and I had to tell another salesman to attend me and I explain to him how long I had been sitting there and he gave me the order for me to sign and took it to the technician. Sears does not need employees like this to work with customers

My battery guarantee had only one month left and still didnt have to pay a cent for a replacement.

Good warranty but a little on the expensive side. This is not your go-to place if youre looking for quick service as they are extremely slow. I spent about 5+ hours in the shop waiting for them to give me two (2) new tires (after paying for them). With them, I payed for new tire pressure monitoring sensors and apparently either they did not install them and left the old ones or they installed defective ones. Ill have to go tommorow for them to check it out. Ill be editing the post after the check-up.

Waiting for almost an hour and the car is at the same spot where I left it. It was promised in an hour. Asked for it, it is going next. If I dont follow up the car will be there the entire day.

I usually dont take time out to write reviews. But in the hopes of being an agent of change, Im doing so now. I usually expect the low end of the customer service stick when dealing with big store car business. This one has been a consistently bad experience, long wait times(2hr+) for even the most rudimentary service. And thats from the cars perspective,as a customer I was basically threatened that my wait time would be longer if I inquired. My mom was treated as an idiot when she came in, even though she probably has more schooling than half the staff. Please take your chances and go someplace else. Or you might find yourself writing a review.

2 hour wait for a simple battery change

Terrible service and extremely prejudice especially to our US military forces. My boyfriend and his colleague who were in their uniforms had to get a new car battery & decided to go to Sears on their lunch breaks. Unfortunately, the whole staff at Sears were extremely rude to them. They refused to speak to them in English even though they knew how to as they would respond to all their questions in Spanish making it extremely difficult for them to request something that shouldve only taken a few minutes to do. Furthermore, they would role theirs eyes and the lady at the checkout counter make snide comments under her breath to make them feel uncomfortable. As a Puerto Rican woman born and raised on the island I am ashamed of the behavior that my fellow Puerto Ricans showed these men who work every day to protect our island & its security. Furthermore, for an American company to hire employees who dont want to speak English on a bilingual island is beyond me. If you are a military member, veteran, or mainland American I strongly urge you to boycott Sears seeing how they dont respect you. Y para los que no entienden inglés, lo digo en español, no hay excusa por el racismo no importa la idioma que hablas o de dónde vengas. Si eres militar que defiende a PR, veterano o alguien de los Estados Unidos por favor no vayan a Sears que no te van a tratar con el respeto y dignidad que mereces.

I was not aware that my 88 year old mother went to have a general check up on her 2003 mazda 3 car, an old car and she was robbed, they did a job for almost $ 2,800. It is a disregard and an abuse. She is an older person with difficulty in reasoning and more about auto mechanics.

Ive been going for years and have always had good service. Before the passage of Hurricane Maria, the problem was that many people went, now after the pandemic they are responding faster. I recommend it if you have an older car that no longer has a warranty with the dealer.

The Sears automotive experience horribly bad. A single cashier for the entire store and it does everything, it charges hard with the stationery of the guarantees etc. You die in line waiting and I mentioned to the manager and he doesnt seem to care that the customer has to wait, talk to him and he did nothing. In short it does not work do not go there.
