Wow. First time where a car dealer is honest an does what they say. Totally impressed.

Bought a car for 9,000. 1 month later I had to replace the battery and a light. 7 month later I find out they lied on the mileage and hadnt replaced anything. Everything stopped working at once and it cost us almost 5,000 in repairs. I call to get the paperwork but no one helps. Its awful. Do not buy from them. Do not trust them

Very unfortunate that this dealer is still open. Those who work there including the owner are an embarrassment. If you want a lemon car and a bad deal, I recommend this place. Now if you want to avoid a bad time stay away from Autos Imeperio. Hopefully DACO will do something soon. They sell cars with a lot of damage, they are trickers and scammers ...

You called me to tell me that I had fines 5 months after I bought the Jeep. I had to go to the dealer twice and after multiple calls then they told me it was because of the toll fines ($ 41) I mean, if not because I followed up and I write here pointing out the poor service and quality of the used cars that you sell, you do not respond and therefore have several pending lawsuits. After 2 months the radiator burst, I had to fit axles, front and rear bottles, new chainrings and new headlights to the bus. Better not answer my writings that will continue to look bad. Too bad I cant upload photos with receipts for all the new parts I bought. Good luck with your oil change workshop.

Tremendous cars perfect service

They sell exploited and poor quality cars. They also do not respond to make vehicle transfers leaving their customers without tags. They have 48 complaints in DACO and multiple lawsuits in Puerto Rico.

Watch out, watch out, watch out. Dont even think about buying a vehicle here. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on December 2, 2019 with cash. It is June 24, 2020 and I dont have a title yet. However, I got many excuses; pandemic, earthquakes and the last one was that I never gave them my social security number (I did). Then stop a DACO complaint along with hiring an attorney. I have never dealt with something like this. The manager even yelled at my girlfriend that she was just translating for me.

Buy a car with a mutilated label, a bad transmission and they will be crazy

These people are really good! When I was about to give up to buy a car they helped me and convinced me to buy with them! They made me a price adjustment that I couldnt resist! A simple and humble dealer but with more than 100 cars available, all makes, all models, all budgets! Since 2012 I have been buying cars from them and so far they have always fit me well. I hope they can continue expanding and I feel part of their growth.

WATCH OUT!!!Metro Auctions is not registered as a merchant, which is why it operates from Imperio Auto Corp. Imperio Auto Corp had a Facebook page but they removed it, most likely because it had 3.2 stars, bad comments and a total of 44 cases in DACO.I was scammed in a damaged unit, they kept my deposit and spent 3 weeks with the unit to change 2 shock absorbers and a link kit. I dont know if its true that they changed it because they dont deliver work order, besides other things and noises.

A little irresponsible in service. They owe me an arrangement of a glass that doesnt go down and they dont call. There is always an excuse. They owe me the title of a car bought Cash since August 2017.

Human vermin sold me a Nissan pathfinder and I suddenly gave them $ 6,300 and they sold it to me by mixing transmission oil with the coolant. And at 3 months the transmission was damaged and other things that the arrangement comes out at 6,700 dollars now after having given them all my savings because it was the bus of my dreams now they do not want to answer
