Been there a couple of times and experience varies each time. Service is regularly good with an exception of one day 2 weeks ago the guy at the register was like new or something, asked me several times the same questions and even after that my order was messed up, but in general is good. Coffee is excellent with varieties and flavors, lots of pastries and things to eat. Generally the place is packed, but moves pretty fast. The place has become a regular spot for me on the weekend. The coffee is good. The food is alright. The service depends on the server. Yesterday I had a female cashier was very nice. Today I had the guy, seemed easily flustered with questions and got fairly defensive on a simple order.

Good and fast service. The omelette and French toast that my wife and I ordered were excellent. The only objection I had was that I wanted to have more than one cheese in my omelette, but the employee replied that I had to choose between one of the two types of cheese available. Prices were on the high side, but, considering the quantity and quality of the food, well worth it!

The place was packed. And they served good coffe and pastries. However, I was very disappointed when one table became available and asked one of the employees if someone could clean it; he told me that cleaning products were located on one place for me to use them to clean it myself! ...very bad practice!!!

This place is special, they treat you like home and the food tastes spectacular. The coffee is 100% from Puerto Rico and its flavor is exquisite.

Its you looking for Puerto Rican coffee this its one of the best places in the area of Hato Rey, San Juan.4 stars because I see the men in the cashier taking money and then helping the Barista without washing his hands.

Contrary to other reviews, the coffee is very good. Price is appropiate for being a local business. The place is not the best for studying as it is very busy so if you dont mind the noise or if youre willing to bring some headphones you can make it work. Overall a great experience even though the staff lacks any kind of personality at all. Would come back.

My new favorite breakfast/brunch place. The staff is welcoming. The sandwiches are toasty, yummy to the last bite. Malanga (taro) chips accompany all sandwiches, which is a winner for me. The waffle....omg... its beautiful and delish. The coffee is crafted with care. Highly recommend.

Customer service is hit or miss at Hato Rey location....coffee is usually good. Plaza del Sol location is the best so far. Have yet to try their new location in Santurce.
