Friendly service. Always good to find a Starbucks.

Customer service was good. Got a few souvenirs to bring home..They follow covid distancing and mask.

My sister was pleased...I didnt actually purchase anything.

They had a bad attitude today about remaking the drink that I always purchase. They didnt request a mask for young white people standing in line. But for others they wanted the mask on. If they are going to have a rule about the mask, it should be for everyone regardless of color or gender.

Went to get a coffee at 9:30 am on a Friday and they were closed. No sign, no explanation. Doesnt reflect well on the brand.

First day I went staff didn’t listen to my order and gave me the wrong one. Second day somebody else’s name was on my cup and I waited longer than I had to.

Good but as u know, prices are highhhhhn!

I enjoyed my passion fruit cappuccino and my quesito with Nutella.

I love this Starbucks, particularly because Jefther always provides such outstanding service! He pays attention to all the little details and makes a quick coffee break into an entire experience that always makes my day. Today I came in with my dogs, and he got each of them a whipped cream puppachino, which was a major hit that none of us will forget. Thank you so much Jefther for your genuine kindness and thoughtfulness! Cant wait to come back again soon.

Worse Starbucks Ive ever been to. Ordered a Doppio Macchiato Expresso and specifically asked for no milk. The coffee was served with milk. I went to the barista and refused to do it right.

Clean place, seems like the new Target Starbucks hasnt taken away any business bc the lines still wrap around the building. Weekend shifts dont seem to have what it takes, every Saturday my coffee is wrong. Listening is key, its just a doppio over ice. Not difficult.

Only two public parking in front of the stores other than that. otherwise you have to pay at least $2.78 for the parking in the back of the same store

Frequented by tourists on account of it being surrounded by multiple beachfront hotels, and local students huddled on the corners with laptops. Has outdoor seating which was ideal for people watching over an above average cup of iced latte with a special Christmas espresso blend that the barista suggested - a blend of PR & Columbian coffee beans.

Better of the two Starbucks nearby ! Strict Covid safety measures !

Really nice location on the heart of Condado. The staff is always very attentive and goes beyond to make sure you get your drink perfectly.

Local favorites available in the pastry case. We typically get Cafe Americano and the barista suggested we try it w columbian coffee, glad we took his advice. Also ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew, heaven in a cup! So good!!!! after a week long cruise with only one Starbucks the 2nd day this was the best coffee morning ever. We tried the quesito also, sweet and cheesy like a donut roll.

Rude staff. Ask you to wait outside, dont invite back in. Today I personally saw you losing 5 customers this way.

Starbucks is conveniently located on Ashford and the hours are perfect for the early mornings. Expect a wait though as it is the only coffee place in he area open; that I found.

They had my chi tea but nothing else we wanted for breakfast. Venti is smaller in the island. Staff was friendly but the fire alarm went off and they couldnt reset it, so it was difficult to do anything. Staff seemed confused, and short staffed everyday.

My frapuccino was made correctly, tasted perfect, quick service, clean restroom and no key required.

Basic run of the mill bucks for those on vacation. Apparently Puerto Rican Starbucks never got the blonde roast upgrades. Just go local for a cheaper and better cup of coffee.

Opens early on Sundays. Employees are very polite and give good recommendations on your choices.

Great location. The only downside is that you probably have to pay for parking since its the Condado area. You can, however, get a coffee and then walk to the beach. Hopefully the place is not too packed like it sometimes is.

The slowest Starbucks I visited, 4 people behind the counter and only one preparing the drinks, about 10 minutes wait when another person started to help.

Coffee and beach front

The only starbucks ever where I got a comfortable couch to sit on and the perfect coffee from a smiling barista without feeling the pressure to explain my drink fast because a huge line was waiting behind me. If only for the experience of going to a non crowded starbucks, I suggest stopping by for a coffee.

Its a typical Starbucks. No surprises here.

Staff was extremely friendly and silly and coffee is always perfect however the only reason I’m giving it a 4 star is because they were out of pretty much all breakfast food which was extremely inconvenient.

They close at 10:00 PM not as 12:00 AM as advertised on Maps.
