Really enjoyed the waffles cause they were toasty on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Iced coffee is ridiculously good. Employees are super nice and attentive 😊.

Yesterday, after waiting almost 15 minutes for me to prepare a mocha frappucino, I was left with the biggest disappointment. The frappuchino is super disgusting, it tasted like literal water and the wait was too long. A pity because on previous occasions I had tried your machiatto and it is excellent but not in cold coffee. I mention it to the person who attended me and I told him that it did not taste like coffee or literal chocolate, it tasted like water. She told me that I use the measures that are used to prepare it and thats it. I am outraged because I am a regular customer of yours and I understand that customer service is worth a lot. A shame because they really lose customers due to bad attitudes of the employees.
