Nice size, ample seating + amazing Delicacies. The coffee is delicious, prices are up to par with this upscale mall locationThe downside is that the bathrooms are located in another business next to the coffee shop. But that is just a minor inconvenience.Theres also great outdoor seating with a sweet Puerto Rican Breeze in the air.

Place was very slow. No customers in line, yet I waited! Many employees but, no service. Ordered and was told, no covers for the pudding cups! Not too friendly, nor welcoming. Bilingual with partial Covid precautions in place.

The place looks nice, ambiance is good and their coffee is great; but service isnt suitable for first timers. From getting in the right line, to ordering pastries from the right person, we had a hard time just trying to complete our order. The pastries we bought were average, at best. I would like to give it another chance to try something else with their coffee, because it looks like you really have to know your way around to have a good experience.

Good coffee and nice pastries. Shine and clean tables, good spacing, nice decoration and furniture distribution. Gelato is an interesting choice, but few are tasteless. Coconut with a hint of Amaretto???, Papaya is almost imperceptible, but “Snickers” flavor is goood.

Good product and fresh ingredients. Unfortunately no bananas for banana split mediocre service and no pint size cups after they sell me a pint size serving. This is why businesses fail in Puerto Rico.

I believe this was my first time having gelato. It wasnt as sweet but it was sweet enough. I had the medium size ice cream. And I mixed theres different flavors together. It wasnt that expensive neither. I was able to try the flavors to see which one I liked. I liked all three. They make the ice cream From scratch right there in the restaurant. They had an array of pastries to choose from.

Came to Puerto Rico for vacation from FL had lots of trouble ordering the man up front couldn’t really help us ended up ordering 2 sandwiches there were very tiny and didn’t even taste good very disappointed everywhere else I’ve eaten In Puerto Rico was amazing this place but a very bad taste in our mouth ( literally) will not be returning

Very chic cafe with Great coffee and wonderfully delicious gelato. Also cozy decor inside, and outside with amazing lagoon views off the outdoor terrace. Highly recommend

Good pastries

Great sandwiches. Had the prosciutto with Swiss cheese. Dark chocolate Gelato is tasty. Ample seating and electric plugs.. Also a couple of sofas to seat and catchup.

Great pastries and coffee although I have not had their ice cream and gelato I hear theyre quite good. They have a very nice atmosphere it is usually packed but I would definitely recommend it for a quick bite.

The gelato is creamy and delicious! The clerk was very nice and let us taste all the flavors.

Had a cortado and a mini tart with a kiwi on it. Perfect little sweet treat. The cortado was good too. I liked the atmosphere and the seating.

Quite a variety of food pastries n great coffee

Ive been there several times, thinking: Hm... maybe I should give this place another opportunity, this time itll be better but I just go in, over and over again and the staff is always so bored and unorganized that it takes them triple the time for each task. Not being able to prioritize queues has always been their Achilles heel. The prices are too high, maybe because of the location or maybe because of their idea of selling you the experience of being in an European cafe, but the fact is that youll just get something different. Youll just get the idea of the experience. Not the experience of being at a cafe somewhere else or even the flavors or combinations of the menus in a cafe in an Italian coffee shop. Much less the prices. The only thing that keeps me going back is that the place is on my way to the food joint next door.

Soooooo yummy!! It was raining and cold out thus my mother and I got two Hot Cocoas and scrumptious baked goods. I got and almond croissant and my mom and apple cake. Oh my, they were delicious. The cocoas were hot, frothy, and very chocolatey. We sat outside by the terrace with a gorgeous view of the Teodoro Moscoso Bridge and the San Jose Lagoon. It is a wonderful place to enjoy coffee, baked goods, hot cocoa, or artisanal gelatos!!

They make their own bread, dessert and gelato. The coffee is good and they are right next to Mercato which you can grab lunch with fams.

The only place in Puerto Rico ( and maybe in the Usa) where to find an authentic Italian experience in so different type of food : artisanal gelato, coffee, pastry and bakery.Everything with authentic high quality and nice presentation. The ambiance also is classy being in any case familiar and not heavy. All the preparation laboratory are visible to guarantee the quality. Great place!!
