Took too long to nake just 1 copy of a file I sent by email. Even though were going through the Covid19 pandemic we have to follow protocols and I understand that but there were only 4 customers with more than 5 employees in the store took way too much time to tend each customers with no sense of haste. No attention to the other customers waiting on line to check if its a small job or a big one. When it was my turn the employee didnt follow my instructions on how to print it even though it was a very simple job of 1 page.

This place is pro-comunity and pro-students. They offer discounts, depending on the kind of job and amount of it.

I came to this place only because the copiers in Riollanos were giving problems. Honestly I have never left a review on google but this printer lacks a lot of love, dirty walls and machines, dirty merchandise, and ridiculously expensive copies. They charged me $ 14.62 for 19 copies, when in Riollanos (5 minutes apart) they charge me $ 2 for the same amount. Very nice girls and everything, but the disastrous place.

Very nice people

The experience left a lot to be desired. An order was placed and payment was left. They told me that they would have it at the requested time, that they would call to let us know and come and pick up and they never called. Definitely will not use or recommend again.

They do not have any kind of urgency, 35 minutes of waiting to only see 3 clients, and all to make copies. And it can be justified if you are doing graphic art work and special orders as is often the case in printing.
