Great selections and prices customer service is excelent

My husband & I had a wonderful time shopping at this Marshalls Store. We found so many good items at a great price. We said we were going to buy only what we had on our list & left with many more items because of the great value. We are very pleased.👌👍

Just as nice as other Marshalls. A lot of nice reasonably priced items. Nice to see a familiar store here.

Love this store. We got affordable workout supplies for a fraction of what you would pay online or at a sports store. Marshalls has everything you need and more.

Bought suitcases, wardrobe items,toiletries,sport items,and furniture since the 1990s! Better selection of items in larger branch stores and seasonally(Easter,Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Fall (school season ) and Christmas 🎄 holidays.

Its got a friendly, attentive staff that goes out of its way to help you. Really...more than any other Marshalls, and they all seem to have this feature. It s two floors and you feel youre in an old fashioned department store. It even has an elevator and cool stairwell. Also, its a Covid Careful place. Try eating at the new pasta spot kiosc/trailer just outside its back door on the parking lot. Or walk a block and get a great sandwich at Jerezana. Both places have great food and coffee.unysual places for good people watching

All good, did not have few items I was looking for. I was able to find 8 of 10 items. Place is clean and friendly environment. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Limited inventory and not the easiest parking area. Multi floors makes it awkward.There are several larger and one level Marshalls in the greater San Juan areathat are better sites such as Plaza Las Americas or Carolina.

Luv comin here. Generally find what Im looking 4 @ good prices. When info needed its always provided with care. Certain areas seem understaffed & when help is needed no1 2 b found. Still great 2 shop here.

I always enjoy going to Marshalls. You never know whats cool goodies your going to fine, especially in this one. Some of the things is cheaper the Walmart which in few blocks down. Ear buds are normally 8 bucks they always have a nice selection

Nice place to buy different items at once. Prices are really good. The quality of items (from clothes, toys to kitchen stuff) is very good. I love the house and kitchen products. Here you can find brand clothes at an affordable price. The only drawback is that items change all the time so if you see something you like it buy it right now as it is possible that wont be there next time.

This Marshall location was small, compact, very neat, and well merchandised. All the sales associates gave me genuine hello may I help you? I actually made a purchase.

Didnt like this store at all couldnt find anything. Their should have more plus size clothing.

Great store !!!

The place needs to be more organized and clean. They are renovating the store so hopefully they fix a few things. I have a baby with stroller and the ladies bathroom door opens up to 80 degrees making it difficult to get in. The same goes with the elevator. A person in a wheelchair does not fit. Also, the items are placed too crowded making it difficuly to shop.

Every day, every day... Its a passion... Something new to look at and buy. If you have not already done so, the food section is as good as any gourmet store at half the price!Real pasta from Italy! Nothing like it on the island! Love me my Marshalls!

Great place to go shopping. Still renovating from Hurricane Marias damage. Good variety of home goods and other departments. Two floors of merchandise, very well distributed even though it is not as spacious as other Marshalls in the area.

Validated parking. The space is large, clean and organized. A lot of great selections, especially in the cosmetics area.

My favorite place in San Juan to shop. Always something different. Good parking free for one hour. Its self service. Not many employees on the floor to advice. Always busy.

The place was a little crazy given the Christmas holiday season but I was pleasantly surprised by how organized it was and what they had to offer.

Reasonable prices you will not find what you need always

You need to sell ladies skirts and playtex cross your heart bras otherwise I enjoy shopping at MARSHALLS

Its okay, but I prefer other Marshalls because too many people go there & the bathroom stinks. They have 3 floors, its a huge store, not so much low budget options or if they have an,y easy come easy go.

Empty of merchandise. While the other branch in Carolina was almost full.

No lines and not packed.

This Santurce store is better for clothing and shoes than the other stores in the metro area. Its also improving its furniture inventory, but the Rio Hondo store is still the best store for that and almost everything else.

The store looks like its being renovated. Good parking but not a lot of merchandise to choose from.

Clearance items are spread throughout the store. I didnt see the elevator until I climbed up the stairs to the second floor. Lol!

Unleveled floors, lack of exits signs. No employees around to help customers, to many merchandise unallocated (messy shelves and floors).

I always enjoy my visit to this Marshalls store, the employees treat you like family.

Shrinking mens and housewares section, make it less attractive than before.

Its a great place to shop but sometimes it doesnt have what you need.

Very limited items no inventory.

Now with a new Mashalls open next as r my job I dont think I will have to go as far to get to Marshalls as before great store.

If you dont find what you were looking for you have to pay parking. The cashiers wont validate your ticket. No inventory. Go to old San juan store

Love but small mans sanction

Close to where we stayed. Came in for a piece of luggage that was damaged. Prices were between $59-$99. We found one for $48. We noticed at checkout there was a strap missing, but they did not want to further discount for this as most stores do. Instead offered for us to apply for credit card to get 10% off. 😕 store was also miserably cold so much I found myself shopping for a jacket!
