I rated this 2 stars because of this 3 reasons.1. I call them in advance for a appointment.It was scheduled for 2:00 pm got there two hours early and still they ended up helping me around a hour after my appointment. That shouldnt bother me really except i was with my daughter standing outside and they were due on my appointment.2. One of the technician was acting uncanny when it came to my warranty asking if i knew about the policy of applecare+ and how it works in PR they told me i wouldnt get charge while talking on phone later on when i meet with them they said the opposite then they change their mind when i insisted i shouldnt get charge.3. Upon returning to pick up my device I again call in advance they didnt pick up the phone so i went there and hour before their closing. Eventually i get inside theres a guy who i havent seem before but knew everything about my devices. He ask me if was the person who call and was told that they were closing he gave me a look like he was certain i was the person and i reply saying that they wouldnt answer the phone so i decided to stop by and pick up my device Regardless of what he said what really bother me was that he was complaining about the applecare+ coverage something that doesnt have to do with me directly and how practically they dont get pay for that. He went on saying he was going to start charging 10 dollar for applecare+ services something that really doesnt bother me except it didnt came up right the way he said it or the technician tried to say it. He told me to give a review so heres a honest one is not a bad place maybe it was just a bad day for them just as it was for me you cant please everyone right?

I had an appointment scheduled (a weeks in advanced), the night before my appointment I received a text at 7 pm to confirm and to provide specific details prior the appointment. In the process of providing my info, the employee requested a deposit (via ATH móvil ) and I informed him I couldn’t do that and that the employee that scheduled my appointment informed me I could pay in person. The minute I mentioned this to the employee, he got hostile and rude with me. I told him he was being very unprofessional and that I’m just repeating what the Previous employee had informed to me and that also, I was referred by AT&T to ask for their services or another company that’s Apple certified. The employee got nasty on me (All this vía text at 7pm) writing with typos as if I was texting with a 5 year old saying things like “ well here’s the other company’s number go with them, my boss is the best .... “ I tried telling him I didn’t say I was gonna go ask for another companies service but that I was just saying AT&T mentioned I could receive free service to check my mobile device since I just bought my phone 2 weeks ago. He got so nasty I had to ask him to stop texting and that I didn’t want service from this company anymore. It got to the point I even considered changing my phone number so this person wouldn’t have my information. Very very unprofessional, wouldn’t ever recommend this company to anyone.

DO NOT USE MACLINE! It cost me $ 900 a MacBook repair, then I found out that it would have cost $ 200 through the official Apple website (without warranty). Go modernica and save your money.

They do not have any kind of control over mobile THA payments. After 2 weeks without receiving information from my team and when I called they told me that it had not been repaired because half of the service had not been paid when in fact it had been done and I had to send the evidence of payment a second time. Then they told me that the delay was because the piece had not arrived. After a day they tell me that the computer is fixed and when I show up to pick it up they tell me again that the payment for half the service had not been received and for the third time I had to present evidence of the payment already made previously. Despite all these inconveniences and they have realized their mistakes an apology discount on the service. I ask to speak to the manager and they tell me that they cannot give me their phone number. Based on all this I can conclude that these people do not have adequate control of the flow of electronic transactions. My service cost around 550 but the bad times cost more, not an excuse or thinking of a discount for all your delay. My son had to borrow a computer when his could have been repaired in time if they had good control of Ath mobile transactions.

The service, empathy and honesty of the Mac Line staff make for an extremely enjoyable experience. Do not start out that one usually communicates with them due to an urgent situation. I have been able to verify the excellence in their service, as they have provided it to me on more than one occasion.

My experience with Mac Line was excellent. I needed to change the screen of my iMac and from when it was ordered to when it arrived at the store it was not even three days. The day of installation they told me that it could take about two hours to complete the process and they really did the job in record time. Not half an hour did I have to wait. I recommend them for any service they need, and more for all the years they have been working in the market.
