Excellent discovery in Old San Juan. We visited several stores with precious stones and fine jewelry, this one won my business as the owner was available, not pushy, allowed me to hone in on exactly what I was looking for. He resized a beautiful diamond band in 45 minutes and offered to clean my other rings. When I return to this city I will visit again.

This is such a wonderful store. I first visited it in September of last year, and fell in love with a bracelet that I couldnt afford at the time, but never stopped thinking about. A day before my trip last week, I decided to see if it was still there and received the best service; Manny took the time to text me photos of all of the pieces that I was interested in and I came and picked up the very bracelet I had been longing for the following day! Max and Yvonne also provide exemplary service, making sure you see all of the beautiful pieces in their various collections and they ALL have a knack for knowing just what you would like or what would look great on you. The prices are very reasonable and they are willing to negotiate just to see you walk out of there happy with a piece that you love. I look forward to going in there often during my stay here and they are now my favorite jewelers, period!

Bad store, they got us should have went with cruise ship recommended store, I would of had full guarantee. I decided to give a family owned store a chance and it cost me big time never again.
