Place was big but felt it was a little unorganized. No sense of directions and people were not helpful. Problably because a big city? Presentation was acceptable.

The service was the worst. I went to change the pandora bracelet my boyfriend gave me for Christmas because the lock was damage. The manager was very rude saying that it look used when I had it for less than a month and couldnt wear it because of the lock. She gave me the warranty option but giving me nasty attitudes.... that really made me hate pandora and hate the service. First impression is all that counts!
