This is a large local chain of hardware stores. This particular location is easily accessible from the main highway, but it has endure some heavy damage on the outside from Hurricane Maria back in September of 2017. It does offer most of the amenities of a large hardware store. The employees are fairly knowledgeable, although English is not their main language.Parking is a little bit limited, with a parking area that is certainly in need of repair. But overall, if you need some product last minute, you can probably find it here.

I am very pleased with the attention of this store. I needed to buy a water heater for my mom in PR. I live in FL and sadly the store does not have an online store therefore I had to do everything by phone. They were very friendly and understanding. Sadly I forgot to ask their names. I only have Camille but she is from the main office. She also was very helpful and answered my emails immediately. I will give the store 5 stars, but I cant because by now they are supposed to have a better system to buy online of by phone. I am only very happy that the employees were very nice and helped me in a timely manner!!!!

The store is large, but many racks were missing items. Also the person in charge of the lighting department was nowhere to be found. I got the impression that the employees were working perfunctorily, and not personally engaged with their jobs.

I am a regular customer because the store is close to home. I couldnt find the receipt for an item that has the National price tag on it $ 9.49 the item is new, in its original package and in perfect conditions. I was asked to wait for store assistant. The manager did not even look at it and immediately indicated that if there is no receipt you cannot exchange or get a store credit. Those are the rules. I found what I was looking for. But the parking area is horrible.

The parking is a bit awkward. The merchandise is not always visible and you are forced to ask a gentleman in the construction counter, if you do not know the contractor’s lingo you will be treated as you are ignorant. When you go to pick up lumber on the back instead of workers rushing to help, they rush to hide.

Got plumbing and hardware stuff with help from attendant. Had to ask for one.

I brought a wood glue for a small project and when I opened the package the glue was hard as a rock.There inventory is not checked as often.And the there is home depot.!!!!!!!!!!!

It is a hardware store that I go to when I have no other choice. I know from many past experiences that the staff is unhelpful, unfriendly. A gentle cashier is a miracle. The organization of the store is terrible and the prices are often high. For some reason the staff is unhappy and grumpy, which it conveys to customers. I dont like the store.

Horrible customer service. First they close at 5pm not 6pm. Everyone has a negative attitude, it seems that they do not like to be working, it could be that there is a toxic or lying environment .. for stores like this it is that American companies such as homedepot are going to bankrupt them. I do not go back to a national they lost me as a customer.

Terrible service, they throw the merchandise in your bus and they dont even tell you how to secure it, nor do they look at you to ask them, the cashiers talking to each other and the security guard and the queue bursting. That is why local businesses collapse and mega-stores are exploited with people. We are not all builders and we need help
