They have towing company to pick your car up if its not safe to drive. Everyone here was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommend if you ever get in a wreck.

Best body shop in town ! My family and I have been taking our vehicles to B & B since 2005. Repairs are better than factory and customer service is second to none. Fernando was very helpful and he took the time to explain damages and help decide what to do with a total loss. Bart was great and answered all my questions and dealt with my insurance (damages that occurred at Insurance lot) so I didnt have to. I am forgetting some names but everyone at B&B goes above and beyond.

Third time here, three separate cars, all have been meticulously fixed. I am hoping for less visits in the future :)

Felt very taken care of at B & B! After having my car stolen (twice) and trashed, I wanted nothing to do with my car once I got it back. I didn’t think I’d ever be able to shake the weird feeling I got driving it. But after all the repairs and detailing, it’s honestly like I’m driving a brand new car. I’m so thankful for the time they took in making every little thing right. I feel confident driving my two toddlers around in it and we have no plans to sell it anymore. Thank you!

They did a fantastic job on our brand new Cadillac that we still dont have the plates for. An old man back straight in the passenger door and they replaced it and matched hard color paint perfect!

I had the unfortunate parking lot ding happen to my car a few weeks ago. The person who did it waited for me to get to my car and took care of responsibility. I took the care here to B&B for repairs and can say nothing but positive things about my experience here. They were superb in scheduling, repair and my car looks like the damage never happened. Definitely consider B&B for bodywork and paint if you need it.

My highlander was hit by someone who only had $5000 worth of coverage on their policy, so I couldnt get a rental vehicle. B & B provided me with a free loaner car, and were super helpful and informative about the whole repair process. When I picked up my car it looked brand new and was so clean inside and out! Hopefully I dont need body work again, but if I do I will definitely be returning to B & B! Thank you!

A woman T-boned me and I needed body repair. Everyone was very helpful and friendly but Ill be damned if it didnt take nearly a month to get my car back (Feb. 18 thru March 14 judging by my emails).My preliminary estimate said 8 days. Well, once they started taking it apart they realized they dont know anything about this car (Honda Clarity Plug-in). A few weeks later and a couple separate rounds of ordering parts and waiting for them to arrive, I finally got it back. But not until three days after it was done, because I received no email updates and they only left one voicemail. Anyone who has an iPhone knows that you only get 1 notification per voicemail message, if youre lucky to get one at all. They should have called multiple times with how long they took. To add insult to injury, my insurance and the rental car wanted me to pay for the 3 extra days that I didnt know my car was done. I never paid it, and if I get a collection notice Ill be forwarding it to the repair shop.They are the first collision shop on the list of approved repair shops with my Farmers agent. So it makes sense they would be the busiest. But that was nuts.SLO is a way of life and not a good one. If you want your car back fast, go with a shop that seems confident with how long its going to take to repair it.

They have a loaner car if your insurance doesnt cover one. Great quality. Been 6 years and repair still looks perfect.

I was informed they can give you an invoice of repairs to be made then go behind your back and claim more repairs needed with insurance but not do them deductible already payed who cares right? Horrible experience people pay attentiom to your invoices and ask questions
