Very helpful easy to work with staff took time to explain the whats & whys

I called with a nightmare issue after being hacked on Facebook. The tech gave me a tip that enabled me to possibly solve the issue on my own and in parallel made an appointment just in case. I was blown away by his kindness, breadth of knowledge and professionalism. Cannot rave enough about my experience with Caltec Computers!

Ive been using Cal Tech for a long time now. Theyve always done a great job the first time. I tried a few others techs a while back, but after working with Cal Tech Im a lifetime customer now.

Brent and the rest of his team are amazing. The are always incredibly responsive and treat us like we are their only client (even though we know that is far from the case). Ryan and every tech theyve ever sent out have been kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Their pricing is very fair and they have always been there for us in an emergency. I highly recommend Caltec for anyone needing computer support!

Extremely helpful and honest business. Diagnosed my laptops problems and when the part was going to have to come from a less than reputable site, they were upfront and recommended that I go to the manufacturer instead because they did not want to install something they were not confident in the quality of on to my laptop. Caltec is very professional and fair, will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs computer repairs.

Not only do they know what theyre doing, they do not overcharge. Ive had two separate occasions where there was no charge for dialing-in some additional tweaks on my PC following a complete OS re-install. Plus they always install the latest updates before they give your machine back. Highly recommend these guys!

Cal tec has been the absolute best for my computer repairs!! I first came in with my PC about a year ago because it wouldnt turn on. The staff at Caltec figured out the problem within 24 hours and got me back my computer. Recently the fan of my computer was making a high-pitched whining noise and so I took it in again to see if they could fix it. It turned out that the store owner was available to help me and fixed the fan within 10 minutes of me bringing it in. He also didnt charge me anything even though I took him away from many other things that he needed to be doing. This is the best place and I will continue to go back for all of my computer needs!!

I called, they helped me identify some possible problem with my custom desktop for free, but I didnt want to risk fixing it myself so I took it to them. They had it fixed within a week and answered all my questions. I would recommend this place to anyone who cares about their computer and I will be returning if problems arise again!

I had a less than average experience here. They cleaned and replaced my fan, which was great, but when they put my laptop back together, they cracked a corner of my laptop, left another corner popping out, and I couldnt properly close the lid. I was disappointed, considering all their fantastic reviews.

My PC was having thermal shutdown problems due to fan issues, and I discovered it on a Friday night, after work hours. Im a college professor, so all of files are on the computer - and I needed the computer for Monday morning classes. I was in a bind! So I emailed Cal-tecs emergency service line, and within 30 minutes Brent had sent me an email with some recommendations. A few emails back and forth and he said Im here, were closed but just come on down and well have a look. A few minutes later I was in his office, he did a few diagnostics, did a quick tune-up, and totally fixed the problem. (He did this all while helping others on the phone and online). When I asked how much I owed him he said no charge. Amazing!Brent and Cal-Tec are awesome. I had a problem that came after-hours and over the weekend and was stressed out how I was going to fix it, and within an hour after contacting Cal-Tec it was solved...for no charge. Doesnt get any better than that! These guys are pros.

Built my own pc, but was having a minor issue and sought some help from some others. Walked right in and we had it fixed together within 10 minutes, I had only made a simple error in the build. Very friendly staff, didnt charge me at all. If i ever run into any tech problems I know where Im headed.

Unjammed my printer for free. Wasnt a simple jam, printer had to be taken apart and put back together. Quick and pleasant service.

Honest and efficient. Had problems with my computer and Adriana took care of the problem right there and did not charge me anything. I have a second computer and will definitely be back Cal-Tec.
