Susan (sp?) was really sweet. I brought my mom in to give her a special shopping trip for her birthday, and Susan went out of her way to give a generous sample of an item we were curious about.My mom definitely felt celebrated, and thats all that matters. Thank you all for being so helpful!

The staff in this Lush are extraordinarily kind and helpful! They answered all of my questions about the products, and being in this store is just such a lovely experience its honestly a must for me when Im in SLO! great downtown location near other fun shops, too. Love this store.. Lush products are the best. The staff are fun, friendly and passionate about who they represent. The manager, Susan Is especially awesome, it’s reflected in the store vibe. If your new to Lush, just let one of these sweet people help you shop. Don’t be afraid to get specific, most Lush employees are professional bathers.

I would have rated this 100 stars if I could. I got welcomed in with smiles and a wonderful conversation. The products were outstanding and the service was excellent. Any questions I had were answered perfectly. I even got a free soap sample in my bag at the end! This was a really great experience for me and I would recommend going here!

Great products and great customer service.

Lush is great but let me provide a review related to a specific employee. Caroline was really kind. I came in yesterday because I was trying to find a way to incentivize myself to take a shower/bath. My mom died a couple days ago and its been hard to do anything. Caroline asked me how my day was, I couldnt bring myself to say why it was so bad but just that it was not good and I was hoping to find a way to encourage self care. Caroline listened to what I didnt say and showed me around the shop, describing different bath bombs and such. She wasnt over the top bubbly- instead she was soft and kind. When I was checking out she gave me a special soap with a note wishing me wellness and healing. I cant express how this small act of kindness impacted me. I was in a haze of pain and sadness- still am- but for a brief minute I got a moment of pause. Thank you for that. Caroline is a great employee and person.-Heather Sorensen

Great service and product selection.

Super helpful staff! I had never been into Lush before but had heard great things. I went in told the associate which products I needed and that Im hard on my hands as a bartender and I need something to keep them moisturized... The worker gave me a mini tour and recommended a few products and answered all my questions. I ended up leaving with a bunch of shower and bath stuff. Amazing all natural products that have completely helped my hands heal from the chemicals at work. Im switching over to Lush products as much as possible now. Great products!

1 product reigns supreme for me: their avocado cowash. But that isnt the only reason I go to lush. The people who work there are happy about being there and always have recommendations and answers to any questions (Ive been to 6 different stores). Everything is cute and charming and also smells really good. There is something for everyone.

My daughter and I went into Lush, it was mothers day and my birthday, we looked around for quite a while, but what is the most important thing about this visit is Susan she is a manager for Lush and a very caring person, I have never in all my years of shopping had a sales manager take care of my daughter and myself the way she did. The product that Lush sells can speak for itself, but she is one of a kind she listened to what we were talking about and helped us find exactly what we needed. In the end because of what I do for a living and the fact that we are moving out of state and because of who this amazing yong lady is, she has a heart and the love of what she does. As we were checking out she walks around from behind the counter and hands me a very beautiful box full of products and she is that it was for me because of the job I have that I needed to take care of myself.
