The best around! Ive had my wedding ring worked on, had a custom ring made, and bought other pieces in the store and have always had a great experience. The customer service cant be beat. Last Thursday we took my engagement ring in to be resized. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The promised date wasn’t until the end of the week, it was done early and I went in and picked it up this morning. Again, everyone was polite and helpful. My wedding ring needed some major fixing. I spent the last few years waiting to get it done. I was referred by a friend and I was very happy with the communication concerning all the different types of diamond and stones I was interested in. In my opinion they went above and beyond, they got in a couple stones just for me to view to see if it was the right one for me. Once I found what I was looking for they were extremely clear on the price and details about what he was going to do to remake my ring. Im thrilled with my ring and over all costumer care.

I had my wedding ring repaired here, and the did an immaculate job! Part of the shank was replaced and it seem less. I shopped all over town, went into every jewler I saw and ended up here. Not only are they kind, but they are fairly priced. I am happy I found them!

I had multiple repairs to make - a diamond had fallen out of both my engagement ring and wedding ring; the band on a silver Irish claddagh ring belonging to my late husband snapped; and I had two watches that needed new batteries. I called them to ask about coming in for a quote, which I was a little nervous about because I don’t go out much during this pandemic. They assured me they had many safety precautions and I felt very safe. I shared that these pieces were extremely sentimental since my husband died, and they really cared about my level of comfort. I received a quote for the repairs within a few days which was extremely reasonable, and it was all completed in less than two weeks. I picked it all up today and WOW - my rings look as beautiful as when I first got them. It made me teary looking at them, missing my husband, and remembering the days when I received them. We first found B. Anthony & Co. Jewelers while strolling downtown at Christmastime, and we were impressed by the unique jewelry selection & the warm and personable interactions we had with the owner and staff.Today, 1-1/2 years later, we searched online for a jeweler to resize my wedding band and ring, & wanted to support what sounded like a long-established, local business. Brought three family heirloom rings in for resizing and repair. All three came back looking great. One ring cost more than the initial estimate, but they called me explained that if we went with the original plan, I would be in danger of losing the gemstone that was set in the ring. I went in to have a watch sized. Not only did they have zero idea how to perform this simple task, they damaged the pins that secure the links to the bracelet.Do not bring your watch here!Since I cannot reply to your response, no, the watch had never been worked on and your jewler is the one who lost the pins collars. I even asked the woman at the front desk what all the banging was, since there shouldnt have been so much racket from such a simple job.No, I will not come back. I already reached out to Seiko, they sent me a replacement link and pin to replace the one your employee damaged. When I took it to someone who knew what they were doing, I was in and out in less than 10 min, and it cost $5. I was in your store for almost an hour, to have my watch damaged, but thankfully you waived your $10 fee.

I have been a customer if B. Anthony for over 10 years (probably more like 20!). They are my go-to place for all my jewelry needs. I have bought jewelry there. I have had pieces designed and built for me there. (I alway get compliments about anything I’ve gotten there.) They have done repairs (of other jewelers work) and I have even had them do appraisals.
