Wife had a very bad experience purchasing a Hale pet door. We received the incorrect size. I tried to call them multiple times to request a return label, which is their recommended avenue for communication, left messages, never received the courtesy of a return call. I ultimately attempted to contact them for a return through the online chat on their website; however, it kept disconnecting. Finally, on the 7th attempt, was informed they would send me in two to four plus days a return label. Before receiving the return label, they were quick to send me an e-mail informing me they would be assessing a 10% restocking fee. I protested that I had communicated within the 30 day time period for a return so it would be unfair and unacceptable to charge $69.00 just to accept a return. I believe they never returned my call in order to purposely delay my return to charge me the restocking fee. I later found out that the Hale pet door is cheaper on the Hale website. Hale even gives a discount for adopting a rescue. I cannot recommend any purchase from Petdoors.com-they are absolutely unprofessional, unhelpful and have the worst customer service EVER! Dont waste your time or money buying any product from them!

I ordered a stock sliding door insert and was amazed at how quickly it arrived! It is a better quality than ones Ive purchased in the past from pet stores. My dogs are happier and so am I! Before I ordered I called to ask questions and was assisted by a very friendly person. Thanks for the great customer service!

Such a great work environment! I dont know anyone who wouldnt want to be greeted by dogs every day they come into work. Customers are very important to us, so we will go out of our way to answer any questions and help them out!

These guys are the best. I got their brand, which is made in the USA and super high quality. They make a sliding glass door panel with a dog door in it that you can take with you to your new place, great if you rent.

Great place to work. The doors are awesome. I installed two of them several years ago, one for the cat and one for the dog. Both still work great.

The first time I showed up I was confused since its by warehouses, and their sign is really small but youll eventually find it. Even though it is not a normal store, its a lot cooler since your individually catered to. There is always a dog around ready for lovin. Nice place to visit
