Needed an emergency replacement kitchen faucet. Went to Fergusons and met Phil. Showed him a photo of our existing faucet and he immediately knew both the brand and model number! Although it is no longer available, Phil helped us find a replacement of comparable style that was in stock. Great service.

When weve visited the showroom to purchase large ticket items, the service was fine. When we needed help with a small ticket item, a shower drain, we received absolutely no assistance except to send us to the website. We had already done that and we told him so. What we needed information beyond what the website could provide. He just wasnt interested in assisting us. This is a national chain. Shop local. Local people actually care.

Great customer service and lots of options

This is our 2nd time asking Phil to help us plan our remodels He is so impressive. Phil clearly has decades of experience helping families choose the right products for each room. His exercises allow couples to answer complicated questions that might not have come to mind as plans develope. Dont finalize your remodel plans without Phil.

We have worked with Laurie in the past and she is wonderful. We save thousands of dollars but most importantly, we have excellent appliances and plumbing fixtures in our home. Their extended warranty program was a wise investment because of one small issue. It was resolved within one week of our call.

Awesome options, great staff, but pricey.. pay for top shelf!

This was not a great retail experience. I went there with a specific item in mind (I had googled it and found that Fergusons stocked it--which turned out to not be true, but thats another story.) What turned me off is that I walked through the front door and at least 4 salespeople completely ignored me--I mean, not even eye contact and a nod to let me know that I hadnt somehow become completely invisible. I searched on my own and found the display I was looking for, but was so ticked that I would have walked out of the store without ordering, if I hadnt happened upon a salesman named Phil who was tucked way in the back at a desk. He was helpful, looked up the part, ordered it and earned Ferguson 3 stars, rather than the zero I would have given it based on his colleagues lack of interest in a customer.
