I paid for month of service, but 15 day later I could not get photos by text. I tried calling, but it was a robot. It didnt understand. I went to the Boost store, she told me, boost had changed carriers, and I would need to buy a new phone. I bought the phone from them a year ago. Before I left, I said this is not right, she said its just business . I went to the Cricket store,, very nice there.
Staff were absolutely the best. Very, very friendly.
