Great prices, ethnic food options. I have not been able get some staple products for my household. I am from the Midwest so I have a hard time finding items I thought were common. Check out lines are always ridiculously long with only 1 or 2 open

Like the new layout they have makes more sense just have to wonder around and get a feel of where the products are now located

When I went Saturday I saw a group of young men come into the store without facemasks on and the employees didnt enforce the masking policy. On Google it says that you must have a facemask on to shop there. I even saw them at the checkout line without a face mask on. I wonder if the cashier said anything to them.

My favorite in town grocery shopping store. It can get busy but thats because everyone knows the great deals

Clean well lit store with a nice staff. If you only had free food samples of new food items. Maybe some raffles or charity food drives year round. That would be worthy of at least 1 more star easily. Thanks for A pleasant and safe shopping experience. You all deserve a raise.

Small, but good in getting things I need. For this location, I would give 4 as they are renovating.

Mismanaged location. Produce & Groceries are great, the only reason I go here. But more often than not, you will have to wait in line to pay for about the same amount of time it took to go through the entire store. Employees are burnt out and dissociate (I dont blame them), and theres usually only 2 cashiers open even when its super busy at peak time.

I was only briefly in this store for a few minutes but it appears to be a pretty typical foodmaxx

No frills grocery store. Convenient location (off I-80) and plenty of parking. Some days theyll have what you need and other days they wont. Lots of foot traffic will mean long lines.

Went to buy some meat, I was surprized I found chicken breast 99 cent per pound . Nice experience. Not a long wait in line .

Lost a customer. Usually dont like going to any Kroger store. This one made it worse. Not stocked with usual products found at other Kroger stores. No working carts. And employee stated they wont fix them. My cart rumbled throughout the store. Im handicapped and no security would get me one. Used to the security guards at these stores throughout the bay. Now I know why I havent been back to my neighborhood foodmax since 1994.

Wish I could give it 5 stars but it is always crazy busy with a strange setup for getting in line to pay. They have a lot of items in bulk, at a great price and in abundance. I am able to get Latin items and other POC items, which is awesome. I just wish it was easier at the check out line.

A store is just a building with stuff you need and stuff you got to have. With that said the FoodMaxx staff is the BUSINESSat at this store. Its the people who keep the shelves stocked, the floors clean, the produce fresh and taste, the meat looking BBQ-able and the cakes ready for candles & ice cream. Their staff makes all the difference in the world. Not to mention their prices for ordinary items like cheese and ice cold beer {Heineken}. When I must purchase groceries somewhere else, I often tell myself I know this is $1.75 cheaper at my FoodMaxx no body beats their prices.Respectfully, Robert. L.

Early morning shopping is the best. No lines to wait in, I walked right up to the counter where the cashier was awaiting and very fast.

It was ok.. Today I found all what I was looking for. Good customer service. Just not very clean and not enough carts and the ones available wheels barely move. Hard too find some items.

Its foodmaxx dont expect any service or clean produce department. They do habe good deals even if your only saving a pennie.

I had a cake made here for my daughter birthday and it was better than i expected it to be thank you to the lady who made it

They have a atm machine there so i went to get some cash do.

No one friendly I should have to ask employees to get out of my way or for that fact I should have to greet them in their estsblushment

Cashier Huma did not want to work tonight she was moving so slow taking so long customers were leaving line behind me and getting out 1 was 3rd in line so felt that it would not take so long WRONG took 29 minutes toget served bad thing cause she moves so slow co workers picking up slack having to work harder very disrespectful.

Theres never more than 2checkers an the lines are way to long you spend more time in line than you do shopping.

FoodMaxx has an ad for Sweet Baby Rays barbecue sauce 28 Oz for 199 when I spoke to the manager he said that they didnt have any and it should be on the next truck which comes in tonight why is it that this ad started on Wednesday the 9th today is the 16th, Why dont they have the product yet.

They were out of stock on a lot of items. There were several items that were either expired or expiring on the selves and in the refrigerators. Prices were pretty good though so thats a plus.

I love food max I know a lot at employees and they always make me feel welcome especially Raymond manager at night hes always smiling and runs a good team your in and out

Its a decent store, clean, safe, lots of parking. The vegetable department is massive and most things seem fresh. Prices are very good but it is nearly always crowded and the lines are long although they do move fairly quickly and get to you bag your own stuff, so theres that.

Everytime I go there there is something missing ? Last time when I went there to get bettermilk I couldnt find it and today I did find the juice that I want .....

Very competitive prices usually pretty busy. Check the dates for best if used by. It could use faster checkers but they are all very friendly.

Very busy lines very long areas were empty they had merchandise in pallets they should stock while store is closed. They need more cashiers and have staff training in good customer service.they need to have more organize like grocery outlet in MacDonald ave would be a good example.

HAD TO WAIT IN A LINE GOING HALF WAY TO THE BACK OF THE STORE FOR 20-MINUTES BECAUSE THEY NEVER HAVE ENOUGH CASHIERS DURING & AFTER LUNCH! Maybe poor Management as some left the store.

I find Food Max too big for me. I prefer a smaller store where things are easier to find. At one time their prices were lower than the other supermarkets but that is not the case now on most items.

Lines can be long . Check Maps for peak hours to avoid a long wait. Good prices for sure. Restrooms are fairly sanitary. A good store.

I am amazed at how the store is managing to keep the lines at the registers from being ridiculously backed up, considering. They could work on doing better with sanitizing the belts & carts.

Horrifyingly Long Lines. Waited 1 hour as there were only 2 active cashiers. Even as there was at least 20 people in line. BTW the Lady cashier was rude and cant even say Hello or thank you. Terrible place to shop! I told my wife Lets never come here again. She agreed.
