POOR MANAGEMENT! I ordered a couple pounds of turkey ham and got pork ham. The guy didnt even wash his hands before putting on the gloves defeats the purpose of wearing them. I asked the main lady at the store, the one with the fake blonde hair, where I could find the lettuce as they had the produce covered and I didnt want to find out and spoil it. Did you know they were closing soon? he asked twice and was ignored the third time, she just yelled hes there, look for him in a rude way, he didnt even look at me and recognized me. I guess counting your money was more important than customer service. Without us, she has no money to count. One of her employees (Benito) even tried to cheer her up when I went to the counter and she showed him attitude. I feel like you should learn to treat your customers with a little respect and better service, as WE THE PEOPLE keep your BUSINESS afloat during these tough times, regardless of how you feel or how your day has gone. It is not a difficult job! Put on a smile, greet your customers, and do your job the right way - its not difficult. If so, get a new career that doesnt involve people.BAD MANAGEMENT!
