They always seem able to track down the materials I need. If they dont have any in stock at the San Rafael store then typically they can get it in stock there by the following morning unless it is something really unusual.

I have been dealing with the people at Cal Steam for many years. I had bought a lot of supplies from them.I recently had a bad experience with them, I will not ever patronize them again. They are supposed to be a wholesale shop dealing with licensed contractors. they tried to charge me double the retail price on a large quantity of copper fittings. I can get the for 1/2 of what they wanted at a retail shop or a 1/3 of the cost at an honest wholesale shop.when I complained, they were really nasty about it.Save your time and money, go to an honest shop like Pace or Rubinstein.
