Romie, the sales representative, was extremely, welcoming and gave me opportunities to try out many pillows in my search for the best for my neck concerns. He allowed me to take advantage of a good discount coupon, and I felt very satisfied when I left. I will go again next spring when I am ready to shop for a new mattress.

Sales person was one of the best I have come across in a long, long time! Beside being so helpful, he was able to find us a quality perfect mattress for out limited budget!! When there is a plethora of $2000 mattresses out there we, were nowhere near that to spend!!! I am disappointed with the service my husband and I received from this store. The first time we made an appointment, we actually visited the Mattress Firm in Larkspur, and it was a total waste of time. They lectured us about some sort of monopoly, and when I requested info about a specific brand I was looking for, I was told they were out of stock. However, when we went to visit Mattress Firm in San Rafael, the brand had several mattresses featured prominently on the floor of the store. Arent all stores the same? Apparently not. We found what we needed, and we even opted to purchase pillows as part of our order. We also acquired the adjustable base, a bedspring that allowed the lifting of the head or legs. We went all in. We chose the mattress, the salesperson was helpful and gave us good discounts. However, when the delivery people arrived a few days later to our home, they brought a totally different mattress! A mistake was clearly made when the order was placed. The same people had to come back, take the mattress away, and deliver the correct one. Pain in the butt! On top of it all, the delivery staff left this Review Paper, asking us to give them an 8 if we were unsatisfied with their service or a 10 if we were satisfied. What kind of trick is this? It was outright insulting. The problem did not stop there, we waited almost two weeks for our pillows to arrive, and when they finally did... boom! It was only ONE pillow. Again, a mistake had been made while placing the order, and we only received the one. We had to contact the salesperson again, and eventually place another order. More waiting, more annoyance. In the meantime, whenever we reached out to ask for help, no one was able to assist us, they kept pushing responsibility for recompense back onto the helpful sales associate. Thats a supremely suboptimal service there and a strongly unsatisfied customer here.

I called for a shipping question, was told that the mattress I was looking at online was out of stock, and was asked to come into the store. I was honestly annoyed. I wanted to avoid human interaction. But alas, I went. I’m really glad I did. The manager asked maybe 4 questions and was able to show me 3 mattresses immediately that I tried and loved. He was able to stick in my price range and find me a mattress that I wouldn’t have been able to sus out online. Actually shocked at how great the entire experience was. Ordered a low profile queen box spring at 2:30 yesterday. Got a delivery window between 12:15-2:15 today. Was delivered at 12:10. Delivery guys were fast, courteous, and most helpful.Had requested delivery to the front door and pickup of old box spring. Took less than 5 minutes. No charge.Item was same price at Macy’s, but it would have been $100 more for delivery and pickup.Bravo, MattressFirm!

Incredibly confusing and exhausting.It was amazing to lay on all the beds and have Brent with years of experience helping us through this process. We had a good laugh and a great experience. We felt very comfortable with the sanitization of the mattresses in between clients.Delivery and haul out of our old bed happened the very next day!We also had a mistaken base delivery. Shopping for the right mattress for me is daunting and confusing. After being bombarded with Mattress advertisements on TV, Internet, and radio, I decided to “just do it.” I was looking forward to having an improved quality of sleep, and was hopeful a new mattress, with all of the new technology, would help. I had adequately researched options, but without laying on the mattress, it is futile. My wife and I apprehensively entered the Mattress Firm store in San Rafael, and was quickly overwhelmed by too many options. Called ahead to plan our visit to be quick due to COVID-19. Brent was super helpful and friendly. Once there we were shown the products we were interested in, quickly went over pricing, financing, and timeline, saying wed call back to finalize the next day. He gave no pressure to commit on the spot. Place was clean with only one other couple i side and plenty of safety precautions (towel for head, hand sanitizer, masks). Finalizing the purchase over the phone was easy, and team members coordinated to make sure we had the correct deal agreed to in-person though it was Brents day off. Delivery is next week so cant speak to that aspect of things.

Bought matress on sale and box sping included. After living with it, needed to exchange box spring for a 5 inch vs the 9 inch one I had. It is being exchanged without problems. To be delivered next week.

We knew we needed a new mattress and began our research today at Mattress Firm with Brent Lerch. We have had same mattress for 12 years and were new to all the new mattress technology out there. Brent took us through all the different kinds of beds and brands, explained the technology behind each, allowed us to lay on each bed, helped us determine if we were a plush, medium or firm and made it fun. We found a GREAT mattress with Brent and its being delivered tomorrow - next day after the sale. Highly recommend this store and working with Brent.

My partner and I went in to check out our options and to see if we REALLY needed a new bed or whether we THOUGHT we needed a new bed. Having a bad back, it only took laying on one mattress to figure out that yes, a new mattress was needed. Ed helped explain all the different options and encouraged us to take our time and really make sure we found the right bed. While it could’ve been easy to just point us to the most-expensive-latest-and-greatest-space-age mattress, he showed us the pros and cons behind everything. We ultimately went home with a great traditional mattress and after our first night sleeping on it we woke up quite happy with our purchase.

I ordered sheets in a sleep train store to be shipped to my home as you do not carry the cal king split sheets in the store, no only did the go to the store (no close to where I live) but the wrong color. I called customer service and had sheets mailed to me, but still received the wrong color.
