A very nice shoe store. We didnt go inside but stood outside looking in and next time we need shoes, we are definitely going to come to this store. Setup is nice and clean and carries alot of pretty nice shoes.

Service was decent however, what was most disappointing is that there selection is of brands is very limited

I was in the store waiting and waiting for somebody help me. Finally went looking for someone and found one of the women in the front of the store on her phone. I stood in front of her and waited for her to finish. She finally looked up like I was interrupting her text session. I ask her a couple questions and if I could try on two pair. She shrugged and told me to hold on. Then she walked back to the front of the store and resumed texting. Clearly she does not care. I walked up to her and told her never mind and left the store. I’ll go buy online. I’m not much for leaving negative reviews, but thought the store management would want to know. I’m happy to take this down if you shoot me a message.

I went to the store to buy a pair of shoes, and there were two women there. Unfortunately, they didnt have their name tags on so I dont know their names, but they were so rude to me. I asked her to try on the epic react 2, I brought the pair on display to ask her for the size to try it on. She just pointed somewhere on the wall and asked me to try it on. WTH? I didnt see it, thats why Im asking her, and she just seemed too tired to talked with customers. I was scared to ask her to bring some sizes for me to try it on. Also, I caught her looking at me rudely, rolled her eyes at me, maybe because I speak Viet to my mom. My mom complained about her a lot to me, and said that she would walk away if she were me. I barely complain anything, but this time is an exceptional. For me, next time if I see her in the store, I will for sure walk away.I just hope the manager will see this and do something about customer services. I dont ask for anything just be nice to customers, at least one smile wont kill anyone!

Last time I was there I received some great service from a very interested staff member. I hope they can continue to hire more folks like him. I know its tough so I wish them luck.

Employee was hanging out with friends and totally ignored us. Then literally screamed at one of them as they were leaving. Needs a little education on how a job actually works

Got my jordans here!! waited in line for hours but glad i did. workers were friendly and made the time go by quick.

Great experience,very helpful ladies and so patience with my two kids running around the store.I LIKE TO FIND YOUNG PEOPLE TAKING CARE WITH SO PASSION AND PROFESSIONALITY THEIR JOB WHATEVER IT IS. GOOD JOB
