Great location and service. Parking is a bit different than the usual Starbucks locations. There are two reserved parking spots for Starbucks which was nice.They have swift and friendly service!

Clean. No trouble finding parking. I went to this location twice in one week. Both times it was not crowded. Im sure they get rushes, but it was nice to be able to get in and out with ease. Walk in only. No drive thru. Standard Starbucks quality coffee. Nice location.

Not my usual Starbucks, but whenever I come in the service is always very friendly and the bathroom is kept clean. Parking is super easy and the food and drinks are consistently fast and good

I hate to do this as the store staff were lovely but the nitro cold brew was so horrible. I used to love this drink for its smooth flavor but todays was bitter and stale tasting. I dont know if its this location or if Starbucks is cutting corners but Im super disappointed

Nice place for ur frappucino or hot coffee....I suggest u try the STRAWBERY FRAPPUCINO...OUT OF THIS WORLD...TELL THEM TO MAKE IT STRONG N LOTS OF WHIPPED CREAM....YUMMY!!

The staff is good but the place is depressing. Homeless guys in front cursing at people at the top of their lungs... not a place to sit and relax...

I love my hot coffee from here. The only problem can be the tight parking lot.

I love Starbucks so much! Their refresher drinks are the best, the workers are kind and treat you good, the flavor of the drinks are different (in a good way) compared to other Starbucks I have tried. There is only one thing that bothers me, which is the fact that they sometimes dont have some drinks other Starbucks have.

You always know what your going to get at Starbucks. The return of indoor seating would be betfer!

3 stars related to other Starbucks. Whats the deal with bathroom maintenance, @starbucks? They seem to consistently fail the test my mom used when we traveled: if a restroom is maintained and kept clean, only then can you trust the kitchen!

Chill location. Well integrated with the homeless population. Only positive experience. Bathrooms were were usually good. Good staff.

Horrible service!!!!! They are quick to take your money but their service is less than one star. I noticed people were receiving their order before me. At least six people . This would have been fine however I noticed the barista kept looking at me but kept making other customers orders. So it’s not like she did not know I was waiting. So basically I’m watching people walk in the door pay for their order and get their drink within 2 minutes. At one point no one was waiting but me. If I saw someone waiting and it seems they were forgotten I would have asked “What drink were you waiting on”. And that is why I believe having me wait was intentional. No problem!!! I can keep my coins!!! I’m not the type that keeps patronizing an establishment that has done me wrong. Bye Bye Starbucks!!!!! Hello Peet’s!!!!

On the smallish side for a SB. Friendly service. Not the most comfortable, inspiring atmosphere for doing some work. Has more of a transient vibe.

San Rafael has an exceptional Starbucks. Its located on Second street and Francisco Blvd. East. Their coffee is made perfect every single time, it never waivers. Out if ALL the different starbucks( and there are A lot) San Rafaels Starbucks at the corner of Second st. and Francisco Blvd. East. Can not be beat!!!!!

Try the strawberry frappucino....its outa this world if done right...tell them to make it real strawberry it(strong)...whipped cream a must! PS..always use longer straws w it!

As every other standard Starbucks, its a good spot for casual meetups and a delicious drink. Plus this store is next to Edible Arrangements!

The crew at this place is top notch. Always friendly and smiley. Since it is a Starbucks, the food is just like the food at every Starbucks - good, but unremarkable.

Great sturbucks location. I really like the staff there. They are very nice and the coffee is always great. One time I didnt get quite what O wanted and they replaced the drink for free. I like the athmosphere and location. I come here every day and I like it very much!One day There was this older lady and she was very weak and just elder you know and I loced the way they very carefully treating her and took care of her along the way. She had some issues with what she wanted and just changed her mind at the end, and guys at the sturbucks took care of it very well. I love humanity and strongly believe that it is not about the brand but about the people! Five stars for sure.

Theres really not much you can say about Starbucks coffee, either you like it, or you dont. The problem is the store. Its dark, kinda depressing and the crowd is not the best. Maybe its the location, but youll find a lot of the folks who frequent the shop are down on their luck, or having a hard time making ends meet. many of these folks will unpack all their belongs on the table next to you, or have imaginary fights with themselves aloud. On my last visit the woman sitting next to me was counting plastic bottles and while working on her hair and makeup. I probably should mention you occasionally find someone bathing in the restroom which does not have a shower or tub needless to say.
