Great locally owned grocery store. Everything is great. I love their cesar salads and they even sell the dressing.

A whole aisle of wine. Another aisle of hard liquor. A cold case of over-priced beer, plus another cold case of $12/pt yuppie ice cream. Oh ... and lots of potato chips. Think of this place as a high-end 7Eleven

We are so fortunate to have such an amazing market in our community! Many times my guess that are visiting from out of town will come and visit and run over to the Santa Venetia market for some milk or whatever and they always come back blown away by how amazing the selections the produce Rockies meat market and generally everything in the store is! Likewise the staff is always attentive and friendly! I cant recommend this community market enough! Since the pandemic me and my family have primarily shopped at this market and the locals farmers market eliminating our once often monthly shopping spree at Costco. We found that were eating healthier then before by eliminating all of the Costco and the Safeway trips that we used to have.

Great small-town type feel market. Family run market in the back with different meats and food made fresh. Old and not the cleanest place, but a good vibe overall.

Venetia Market is a small family owned market, and so may not have everything you want or need, but somehow in the small space they have theyve packed in a surprising amount of variety. Best hot coffee and morning pastries in the area. Great deli items made on site and probably the best meat department Ive ever seen. Rockys meats beats out the competition on the area for quality meats- by far.

Good produce here but the real reason for the 5 stars is the butcher at this location. Prime cuts of top notch meats. Try it out!!! Not to mention the service is great also.

Fabulous sandwiches

My boss and I come here to get what can only be described as the best sandwiches around. If you have not tried a meatloaf and bacon sandwich from this place, you are missing out. The staff is super friendly and I always feel welcome when ordering my food. If you can, stop in and treat yourself!

Great sandwich and service at the deli counter. I would have given 5 stars if they would have let me use there bathroom! I dont like when stores say it is out of order, do they think we are stupid.

Not only is this a great little local market, but they stepped up big time during the PG&E black-out and fully powered the store with a generator! Bigger stores were not willing or able to do that.

Small but fantastic deli and meat counter

Always friendly staff, good quality veggies and a modest selection of things you probably need. Oh, and very close to the freeway if youre just passing through Marin to/from East Bay or SF.While not technically Santa Venetia Market, the meat counter there does sandwiches, ribs, roasted chickens & you can get nice selection of meats to cook.

Just another mini-mart, but Im glad I went there for its about time I satisfy my long-time curiosity.

Rockys Meats is awesome. Every Friday they BBQ Chicken, ribs and Tri-tip. Always a great deal and delicious food.

This is the best neighborhood market in the world! They care about their customers too.

They have a great, diverse selection for a small, neighborhood store. Nice produce and an in-house real butcher shop. I dont eat meat but the fresh fish is very good.

This smaller market has a great selection of fresh meat to select from along with a homemade deli selection.they also have a large wine and liquor selection. Fresh produce is not cheap, but there morning pastry case has a great selection of items from the local company Taste.

We stop in here about once a week. We work close by and its great for fruit, veggies, salads, sandwiches. There are vegan and gluten free items as well. Its fun to go there, too.

Great local market, fruits and vegetables are good quality at better than supermarket prices. Meat is expensive but top quality. Other items are pricey but a number of brands you cant find elsewhere.

Staying at an airbnb around the corner, so surprised to find this place within walking distance. Great beer/wine/booze selection. The chicken chili verde tamales and grilled steak burrito were awesome! And hot tamales at the register!
