The staff there was amazing. There was 8 people in front of me. There was a sign asking people to be patient. I had 4 questions for the guy, he answered ALL 4. i was on my way in 24 minutes total. That included him mixing my paint. 5 STARS to the crew!!!!!

As a contractor I would not use any other paints.The staff is very helpful and always work with me to help me get the best paints for my projects. I highly recommend them.

I have just recently done business with 2 Kelly Moore stores, different towns; reason was convince. Same paint projet .Both locations and staff shine. Extremely helpful and friendly; best of all they know what they are doing.I am painting over indoor sheet paneling. I purchased their top paint; no complaint.

Melissa helped me with my painting needs and went the extra mile, no hundred miles, in spending the time with me and finding the right match for me and in giving me advice as to how to best maximize my results. I left the store smiling and appreciative of just how much difference superior service makes. Why would I want to go anywhere else and why cant other stores learn from her example?

Its ok. Clean and organized. No one ever comes around to ask if you need help. A shout out ill do. You have to go find someone but thats ok. The store is not so big that its hard to find someone.

I was dropping off old paint and they will dispose of it for you - note: be a good citizen and do not throw away old paint in your household trash.

Great paint, nice employees. But if you dont have time to waste. Dont go here. Not enough help, long lines. Spent over a hour here to get help.

Today I went to KM in san Ramon I was helped by Melissa She was amazing The service was quick, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable with excellent customer service I am not a professional painter so she took the time to explain what I needed for my project. Also the product was excellent.SCm

Like their products but counter service was incredibly slow and only two people in the store.

Although a long wait in line, having only 3 staff working in the afternoon, I had some very best experience with the staffs professional work today! I now have a quart of paint that is perfectly matched to my existing living room.

The guy that helped us could use some customer interaction lessons. He acted like our $1000 order was interrupting his day.

The service is great and staff very knowledgable.

My sales rep was very friendly and helpful. He even offered to carry the paint out to my car.

I have been painting for 30 years and using kelly moore paint that long.so there are three stores in dublin area and this is only one open sundays.the line is 7 people long and takes up over a hour to get help all day.they cant even take phone calls.need to take this complaint to corporate
