Not sure what they were thinking but the size of my bowl is 1/5 the size it should be. I go to the one in Danville all the time and have no problems. My bowl looked like it was made for a toddler. save yourself time and money. do not go here

Sadly, this place is a no-go. Very small portion size. The salad bowl I had was only half full of lettuce, and very few toppings and looked NOTHING like the photo on their website. The lettuce was old and somewhat limp, some with brown edges. They forgot the dressing even though they assured me that it was on the bowl I ordered. I’d love to find a place that makes great healthy salads. This is not it.

The customer service is terrible. Ive been here several times and they all seem dumb and unorganized. the room feels tired. The food is good and thats the only reason i ever go. But if ur going call literally an hour in advance.

I went to this location today and I received a horrible experience. First off it took forever and when I received my bowl it was not the right size and I went in to tell the worker and she refused to take it back for the right size. When I went to taste it it tasted like coconut water and I ordered a vitality bowl. The lady was rude and said it was rush hour which is not an excuse to have bad customer service and disgusting food.

Normally love this place. I waited 30 mins then went back in to see why taking so long since ordering at counter. Lady walked into back and made my two right then and when got home I realized not all the ingredients were in bowl, and definitely not the almonds I ordered. I think they were short staffed and overwhelmed with online orders so service for visiting clients suffered.

Best location out of a many we’ve been to! Especially when Ashley is there. She’s a gem -so kind and helpful, quick and makes the prettiest bowls! Thanks Vitality Bowl! Thank you Ashley!

Unexpectedly small portion, very slow service (30 min), paid $19 for 2 bowls (poor value).

Delicious food and great customer service! Love going there after I horseback ride, very refreshing and the workers are very kind and friendly.

Drinks here are nice but note that it consistently takes about 30 minutes to get one drink. Both weekends I’ve been here - last weekend I was the only customer on a Sunday and this weekend it was busier (Saturday) - it has taken between 20 - 25 minutes to get a standard drink, no modifications requested.Speed things up please!

Update 2021: They no longer make the bowl I always bought here (the detox bowl). They dont make my second favorite (the nutty bowl) the way they used to either. I dont go here anymore and now I make my own smoothies at home. Its overpriced to just get something you dont even like that much.

Sadly this location is the slowest ever! Be sure to add another 15-20 minutes on top of your estimated wait time. The kids here all move at a snails pace and work like they are chickens with this heads cut off. I give it two stars only because the bowls you get are still tasty. Other than that this would be a one star due to the lack of care. One time I was here, I showed up 5 minute before my time, and waited for 20 minutes. It was then I said I was here, and the staff said, work on the bowl, hes here now! I waited for another 10 minutes!

The acaí bowls are sweet and refreshing! Great on a hot day. Unfortunately it is pretty expensive for the amount of food you get and they take a long time to make... but its worth!

Absolutely love vitality!!! But the customer service in this location sucks. Its the worst location by far in a bay area, and I get vitality bowls everyday. NEVER COMING BACK!!!

Love these bowls but this location is ridiculous! Yesterday they were out of acaii. When I asked which other bowls are good without it, the woman told me she doesn’t like any of the bowls without them! Sounds like you just don’t feel like making one.Today, I go to order and they told everyone that it would be 40+ minutes because they had some online orders. You think the person standing in front of you would matter? Terrible customer service. They are hardly apologetic and don’t seem to want to serve.

Three stars because the food is awesome and they actually gave a discount when they realized the forgot an order. Wait time was supposed to be 25 minutes, ended up waiting about 40 minutes for 3 bowls..

We like vitality bowls but that location is notorious for having the phone off the hook, slower than a snail, ordering a large and receiving less than a small AND today waited for over 45 minutes for 2 bowls. Does that explain it??

Amazing customer service!

Great food, no ice (I hate when Im charged for iced water inside of my food), no yogurt, no added sugar, the real deal, real food inside (hence the price, but totally worth it) it takes time, but its not like an ice cream shop where they just pour it, they have to make it after you ordered from scratch and their other customers who came before you, so, its understandable

They had 3 people working there yet took 30 min to make my 2 bowls and 1 panini...And its not like they were bust I kept track and they made a total of 6 bowls and 2 panini in 30 min...what a joke how does this place even make money...they NEED new employees
