Dont let the name fool you. They held my car captive for over a week and when I finally got it back it still had the same problem so I had to take it back. Another week has passed and they still havent fixed it. Shockingly unacceptable!!!

Their techs were nice and all but I took my car twice and ended up never getting anything done. One of the times was beyond their capabilities Ill admit, their wheel alignment machine broke. Sure whatever thats fine. The first time I went they needed to do extra work than I wanted so i said no to them working on my car. The problem I have with them is that they never called me any of those times. The first time when they needed to replace something in order to do my wheel alignment I never received a call about it. I waited 3 hours and called expecting my work to be finished already as I hadnt heard anything yet, I even texted the techs on the number they gave me. I had to call them after 3 hours to find out they havent done any work yet and needed to do something way more costly than I wanted. The second time i took it back, after replacing what they needed fixed so they could do the alignment properly, I waited 2 hours again and no calls. I called them yet again and they said their machine broke and they werent even sure if it would be fixed by tomorrow. And still I didnt receive a call. I ended up going to Firestone. They got me in the next day with amazing service and similar prices to same day auto. All in all with firestone I was in there for 30 minutes to 45 maybe. Ill never use same day auto again. Im unhappy with their customer service.

I have dealt with JJ and Randy at the Sand Spring location multiple times. They have never been anything but kind, helpful and knowledgeable. My last visit with them is the one that shows their true desire to achieve a very high level of Customer Service.My left front brake caliper got stuck in the braking position and would not release from the rotor. I called Randy about 2:30 the day that this happened, and much to my surprise, he said that they were booked up, but I obviously had a major problem, and he said just get it to as as soon as you can, I we will work you in. He even ordered parts at that time, in order to save me from having to wait on them. He already thought he knew what the problem was.Well he was right. My left front brake line had collapsed, causing my rotor to be unable to back off the rotor. Randy even took me out and shower me the brake line, rotor and pads that had been destroyed by this problem. He said it had been going on for quite a while, it was just slowly getting worse, until it finally just gave out. They got me all fixed up by the next morning, and out the door. Randy even took me home, so I didnt have to drive home, pick up my wife, and driver back down there to get my second vehicle.Jerimiah was the technician that did the work on my truck, and he did a fantastic job.Now...I challenge you (In a Friendly Way) to find another shop in town that would let you come in on a last minute notice like this.I cant say enough about this place. They are a true asset to our community.

Had a GREAT experience with this business. Everyone inside was very friendly. Connor S., the rep that assisted me, went above and beyond with customer service. He was very informative, told me exactly what they saw on inspection and was not pushy by any means. He told me of a few things they would keep an eye on but that didn’t show any concern at this time. They got me in and out very quickly and over all just had a phenomenal experience. They definitely built my trust and felt they took great care of me!Hard to find experiences like this at car repair shops!

One star is one star to much. I had an appointment and still waited 2 hours before they checked my truck out. Then waited another 2 hours before they told me they couldnt find the part, only after I went and ask why my truck was still in the parking lot. I needed a fuel filler rubber hose replaced. Rubber hose attaches with screw clamps. Same Day Auto wanted $477. to replace it, because of the location it would be hard to get to.I went to Hibdon Tire, they replaced it less than 45 minutes and cost $243. They had no problem getting the part.

First of all I was treated with a friendly face. They got my car in and out quickly. I appreciate being treated with respect. And best of all....the final price was lower than quoted. That almost never happens.

I called and they were able to get me in same day, put a set of 4 tires on my vehicle. I am happy with the service and the waiting area was nice and clean and comfortable. I am going to let them change my oil next time it needs it and if that goes well they will become my 1st choice for vehicle maintenance.

I had a blowout on my way out of town. After securing a tow truck, I spoke with Billy at Same Day Auto. He informed me the tire I needed was in stock and he would do his best to make sure I got the new tire put on that evening. It wasnt long until closing time just call him when I was headed that way. I made it to them with less than a half hour until close. The guys were able to get my new tire in place so I could continue on my way. These guys are the best. I take all my vehicles to them. I needed an oil change and Elliott was so helpful! I didn’t even know one of my tires had a tiny hole in it, but the techs saw it and plugged it for me at no extra cost! Great team and great service!

I replaced my front axles/tie rods/lower ball joints at home and took it here for an alignment after. They were able to properly align all four wheels, even after Les Schwab claimed there was an issue preventing correct alignment of my rear driver side wheel. They also checked fluids and gave my car a visual check to be sure everything looked good. Very pleased with the service Billy and team provided here. Will definitely look to them for any repairs I cant do myself!

The only thing I a little frustrated with, I had an appointment @ 1130. Took over an hour anda half to do minor maintenance. Staff very friendly. And price is the best in town. Guarantee Ill use them again. Staff did apologize for the waiting time.

Be careful using them if youre not very mechanically inclined. Theyll see you coming and rip you off. I was out of town and my sons front brakes started squeeling so he went here for an estimate. They wanted over $900! Parts total with me buying them are around $150 and take about an hour to do. Btw i did brake job when i got home. Dealership is as much or cheaper.

He gave me tips on how to know when to bring it back in, and how to avoid making it worse. My repairs were made quickly and my wait time was minimal. My family has taken several cars here over the years and they are always professional, knowledgeable, and more importantly honest! Highly recommend this business.Scratch that. I hate to be a person to write a bad review but apparently I spoke too soon. Within a week the car had more problems than when we took it in. And the main reason was not addressed or fixed. They also supposedly could not find the account credit card we opened with them earlier so were forced to put it on another credit card. Firestone is probably your best option.

The work was done in the time promised and so far so good on the repair. However, there was a charge of around $34 for waste disposal that I wasnt told about nor expected considering the transmission shifter cable is pretty short. For that price I would have had them throw it in the back of my truck.

This is a good place to go. JJ is awesome I had to take my car here because of the front end needing repairs and they had received some of the parts were not delivered on time I had to work the next day at 7 am and he offered to take me to work. If you go here I would recommend asking for JJ. I will be back anytime I need repairs for anything

ATTN: Danny Smith. We were traveling thru Oklahoma to Illinois when our Brake Line broke on I44. A State Road worker led us into Sapulpa to an Auto Shop but, they were busy. We were referred to Same Day Auto. My Wife and I were tired from the road a rattled from a broken Brake Line at 65mph. Upon entering Same Day Auto we were met by JJ Dickerson. He instantly made us feel at ease and was very accommodating. They soon diagnosed the issue. We made hotel arrangements and one of his crew gave us a ride. Our car was ready by noon the following day and we were picked up and back to the shop. I can’t thank JJ and his Team enough. They were Honest, Compassionate, and Professional. Our car was ready when promised at a very fair price. JJ and his Team were an absolute Blessing.

All the gentlemen working are super nice and explain everything to me in a way that I understand if I don’t. They swapped my tires out and rotated them pretty quick even though they were busy that day and I didn’t have an appointment.

I would really like to leave negative feedback. Horrible service including price gouging. No other place charges $600 for an oil change on a diesel truck. They said it took them longer to change the fuel filter so they had to charge extra for it. Charged an hour in labor for rear filter we did not want changed as we already changed a few months ago and took us maybe 5 minutes. Unacceptable!! I will never go there again or recommend them to anyone!To reply to your reply I’ll say you first told us the bill was $600. When we argued about the price you dropped it to $300. I’ve NEVER paid more than $180 for the SAME EXACT service at other places even when we were on the road traveling. I’ll repeat “THE SAME EXACT SERVICE” But, to be fair after we argued about it I’m guessing the manager stepped in and made the concession which we appreciated. And also to the reply, we advised we had just changed rear filter recently and only needed the front filter but you went ahead and changed the more expensive rear filter anyway. I would recommend that when you quote a price for work and almost triple your quote maybe call the customer for approval.

I have had many issues with my car in the past 6 months. Every time I have been able to call Billy there at the shop and have my issues resolved. Their warranty is great and their customer service is top of the line. I love that they are thorough when I come in with hard to diagnose issues and they clearly communicate what is happening. When I call with questions JJ or Les are always great and helpful in getting my needs conveyed to the staff when I’m not able to reach Billy. It’s nice to have a shop I can trust.

Parts changers, they have no clue what they are doing. Billy admitted to me they change parts and hope for the best. Took a car there paid over $1500 and car is worse than when I took it. I took it back 4 times and still cant fix it. Waste your money if you want. Ill NEVER use them again.

Oil was changed and check was done for front end/wheel concerns. My concerns was not founded but Billy inform me I could use a front end alignment as well as tires. He gave me a print out of the issues as well as the cost. If I purchased tires Billy informed me a front end alignment was a part of the service. Billy did recommend to purchase new tires prior to getting tires which would save me money. I was very appreciative of this advice and his assistance.

EXCELLENT shop with OUTSTANDING customer service! I drive a box truck which isn’t always easy to get serviced. While on my route I noticed my rear driver tire was extremely low. Same Day was the closest shop to me and even though they were incredibly busy, they found time to take care of me, patch a hole in my tire, and get me back on the road in a timely manner. They change my tires got bigger tires they did a new alignment and they didn’t tighten the steering back up drove from Oklahoma to tx and I went into a ditch at 60-70 mph and had to tighten it up myself! Brake booster started leaking and brought it back bent the traction bar had to pay out of Pocket for everything. I use my truck for work and there quality was pore!!! If you have a work truck don’t use them!

I was from out of town and, we were there to cook the Oklahoma steak championship, got in my truck early Saturday morning and my truck wouldnt start, it turned over but wouldnt fire, so that put us in quite the bind, ended up having it towed to same day, while I was waiting my turn to talk to one of the guys, I could tell they were swamped, I finally got to talk to a gentleman named JJ I explained what my truck was doing, he told me then it would be probably be Monday before they could look at it, I think he could tell by the expression on my face that that was kind of disappointing for me being we are from Omaha and he understood it and he said I understand Ill see what we can do for you, needless to say I ended up getting a ride back to the competition while they were going to look at my truck and find out it was a fuse in the fuse box only the fuse box had a little issue that they were familiar with they stayed late to get me back on the road again and I cant say enough about how awesome they treated me. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody thats in the Tulsa Oklahoma area and in need of a repair. That is a five-star place to me 👍 I couldnt express enough how much that really meant for them guys to go out of their way and stay late to finish my truck.

I had a great service advisor Billy! He helped me decide on which tires would be the best brand and size for my 3 Horse Slant Horse Trailer and which would provide the safety needed in pulling animals. They also greased my bearings to insure future problems would not happen. My and wife or from PHILADELPHIA and move to OKLAHOMA we had gone to Same Day Auto Repair Tire Pros two days in a row. First time it had snowed for 9 days straight here in Tulsa, Ok and power outage front tire was down was in desperate need of air. First day the gave us free air, checked the pressure in all the tires and fixed the tire with the problem for free and said this is what we do for someone in need. Second day we went back for air again same tire but we was told the day before that all our tire needed to be changed, so that was no problem they gave us air we came back that day got four new tires that did not cost us an arm and a leg. All in all Billy from me and my wife we would like to say Thank you for all your help. EVERYONE was so nice, very professional, came out gave us updates on things we had question about during the time of getting the tires done. All was good 👍.
