Had a noise in the back. Thought maybe it was a bad shocker bushing. They looked at my vehicle very thoroughly and Really tried everything they could to figure it out unfortunately couldn’t find the problem but after putting the vehicle back together again the clunking noise was gone. I really appreciate the service and the mechanic was very proficient in his job.

For starters was told it would be a 30$ oil change I paid almost 50$ . Had one car in front me that was finishing up and still was there over an hour when I was told it would be 30 minutes maximum. After paying the bill I was not thanked wished a good day or even anything at all other than telling me the price. Was a terrible experience over all wouldnt recommend

I originally gave these guys 5 stars. I took my Mini Cooper in to get the oil change with reassurance they knew how to do it. Change was fast. Took the car home and an hour later, all the oil was in my driveway. Took it back and could hear them calling around for the right parts. They were not prepared. As I listened to their calls, instead of finding the proper part they looked for something closeWill not be going back.

I purchased tires there last year. I noticed one of my tires had a slow leak. Every time I went by to get it fixed, they told me an hour wait just to get it on the rack. Well today I woke up with a flat tire, a different tire. So I had to go in. Again it was 45 minutes to get it inside and another 30-45 minutes to repair. I didnt have a choice. Turns out my husband purchased the road hazard warranty. Thank goodness, so it didnt cost me anything. WHEW!The wait is long, but when you have to have it, find some place to walk to to kill the time. We chose IHOP. LOL

Sand Springs people are very nice. Unlike the snobby people in sapulpa.they made my daughter wate over 4 hours for a flat tire so i made her go to sand springs.gonebin under 1 hour.

In April of this year I bought brand NEW Stratus tires. Im VERY disappointed in them. I WILL NEVER purchase tires from Cecil tires again. I moved here from Tennessee and I heard this was a GREAT place. The problem with the purchase of the tires is that I have to keep airing them up. I drive on pavement and Im disabled so I dont drive that often.UPDATE: Thank you Troy for reaching out. I learned something new about tires. Went to one they said 1.5 hour wait so he calls the other store not far away and they say 30 mins I drive over takes like 4 mins I get here and bam 1.5 hour wait... Its now 1056... Started all this around 0900...

(MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THERE WORK.)They like to cut corners when they shouldnt be. I had them change one of my motor mounts and they changed the wrong one and they left a bolt missing. And I had them replaced my knock sensor and they took it upon themselves to relocate it. The guys have tried 3 times to balance my wheels then I find out I have four bent rims and you didnt bother to tell about that. That new tire I just bought you guys, I put it on the back and my steering wheel stop shaking. If you cant get something as simple as this right I dont want you touching my car

Friendly, fast, knowledgeable, honest, good prices. They will fix a flat for free. If you buy your tires there they will rotate and balance them for free every 3,000 miles. Good people.

I’ve been here a handful of times over the last year. The guys are very helpful and knowledgeable and don’t seem to want to sell you most expensive tires they can just what means your needs. Service is above and behind. When I purchased tires for my daughter, the gentleman noticed she didn’t have a spare and offered to find one for her older vehicle. It was evident that he was concerned. I really like that. The prices are comparable if not better to other tire businesses. I will continue to call this my tire shop.

I have used Cecil and Sons for a few years now. I buy all my tires from them and I always get my oil changed there. I have always received great fast service, exceptional value and complete honesty. Strangely, I look forward to getting my oil changed to give them silly guys a hard time. I do recommend Cecil and Sons. It was started by Cecil who is an amazing man. He shows integrity and love to all people and especially his family. You dont get that, from the chains. You wont regret coming here.

I have been using Cecil and Sons for 10 years and have probably purchased over 8 sets of tires between vehicles and trailers. You might be able to find slightly cheaper set of tires, but if you want service during and after the sale this is best I have found. There are a few reviews on here with negative comments. These really make me suspect as in all my transactions with Barney and Don they have gone above and beyond in treating me both fairly and honestly. I am a customer for life!

I have set in the store for going on 2 house to plug a tire and when the finally pulled my car in they are like oh you need a new tire but another person comes into the store and has a 30 min wait I will never come back to this store I will drive to Tulsa before I comeback here

Barney always really takes care of me here. I trust the guys at Cecils, which is rare when dealing with car maintenance and mechanics. Theyve helped me get an affordable set of new tires for my Audi, saving me about $200 along the way. Theyve also helped me with my car battery and other problems. Theyre great.

I have been there 3 times in probably 7 months ago. Had tires put first, then I picked up a screw in one they fixed that for free. Then picked up another screw at work and they took care of it for free! They did it fast and are very pleasant and nice! Thanks Cecils!

You can find the best alignment guy in all of Oklahoma and probably Texas as well. From regular cars to 4wds that ate super high lifted, that guy can fix any vehicle.

I needed an oil change and was out of town. I went here because of the good reviews from locals. The guys were very friendly. It did take a long time for them to get my truck in (1.5 hours), but once they did they were quick. The problem is I do not believe they changed all my oil, or they may have not changed the filter. I have an active oil life monitor on my truck. Every time I get an oil change it resets to 99, or 100% oil life remaining. However, after the change here it went to 87%. I tried resetting two more times and it kept going back to 87%. When it was time for a change again I waited until I got home, went 1,000mi over due and it went to 100% when I changed it. That tells me there was still old oil in the system after leaving Cecil and Sons.

Took my truck in for an oil change and inspection. Told them I was driving 300+ miles out of state that weekend and needed all my fluids and everything checked. Couple hundred miles later my transmission goes out from being bone dry. Called the shop, they admitted they got busy and didnt bother to check my fluids like I told them to. Would have been nice to know I had a transmission leak before driving out of state and ruining my only means of transportation. Ive bought multiple sets of tires from Cecils over the years, but wont be giving them any of my money in the future. Management was rude and dismissive despite admitting culpability.
