Just wanted to thank the two guys working yesterday! I stopped in shortly before closing because my battery had just died at a local store. They checked the battery to confirm I needed a new one. Typically they dont install that late in the day but Im so thankful they decided to help me out anyways! As everybody knows Interstate Battery is a decent battery that is for sure although the price is a little bit high but then again everything is high these days and you pay for Quality that is for sure so check them out they do a lot of different stuff in that store. One thing that they do that you wouldnt think about is replacing phone screens.

Very pleased with the service I received. I took 2 phones in for battery replacement, as I didnt have the tools to do it. Very courteous and efficient. Not only do they sell car batteries, they have just about any battery you could ever need. They also provide phone repairs.

Very helpful with a phone dropped in water. Helped get it to a point where we could retrieve data.

They told me the snow mobile battery I ordered would be in on a Tuesday. Due to the snow storm it was delayed a day, which is understandable but then the next day they said it wouldn’t be in until Friday. I canceled the order and bought it elsewhere. Then the manager called more than a week later and said he couldn’t issue a refund without having my credit card. I had to drive 30 minutes to present my card. When I arrived he didn’t even need the card. He never apologized and gave me major attitude on top of it. I do not recommend shopping here! They are clearly don’t care about the customer and become argumentative. Very poor management.

Every time Ive need my screen fixed they have done a very good job and the get it done quickly.

The employee who helped to fix my daughters phones was very helpful. They gave me a discount and fixed two phones within 24 hours. Amazing prices and customer service.

Great place to buy your batterys for all your needs

Had my daughters phone screen replaced because we were trading it in all it had was a scratch. She has dropped it plenty of times before and it never cracked but she dropped it one time on a carpet floor and their screen is cracked in more then one place she has only had it back for four days and they are telling me there is nothing they can do. Also when she got it back there was a white light on the top the screen. They will replace it for $60 but i already spent $100 for the first screen. Well actually I spent $200 with them I had two phone screens replaced and this is the thanks I get. They will never get my business or anyone elses I know business.

These guys are great. I called and got Nick when I needed some info on 6 car batteries. He was patient and let me know what options I had and the price for each. Even though they are not what I call a large store, they had all in stock. I got 1/2 of them and then called back a few weeks later and talked to Ben and they still had the remaining 3 I needed in stock still, and headed there tomorrow. I live in Amherst and they were the closest actual Interstate store vs say other closer retailers, and im glad I went out of my way to go with them.

We are from out of town and we’re three hours away from home, and my jeep died in the Meijer parking lot near the store. I walked there to get a new battery and instead of just selling it to me to carry back, The associate (I never got his name but I wish I did) handed me a jump pack without requiring anything of me, and told me to jump it and bring it over. They also had all the tools needed in order to change the battery. They very helpful with good product knowledge! Would highly recommend!

Had an LG G4 that was stuck in boot loop and tried everywhere around to get it fixed so that I could get contacts and photos off of it. Stopped in to Interstate Battery by chance and they had me good as new in about 15 minutes. Very professional and courteous staff and a wonderful experience. Will definitely be going back

I went in to have my sons phone fixed and 2 different guys immediately smiled and was asking what I needed. They were so polite and friendly. The whole experience from staet to finish was amazing. The price was fair and I was in and out within an hour. Highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Bought battery 2 years ago with 5 year warranty here, battery is now bad and they want replace battery, but only give a 45% discount on a new battery cost, which would be almost $90 installed, don’t go here ur warrenty means nothing and quality is bad. They changed there end of the deal to make there bottom line look better.

Ordered what needed and replaced next day. Did a repair for adjustment at no vhargr. Pleasant. Professional
