Alec was professional and got me a new phone and accessories fast. The young lady who appeared to be training Alec was beyond rude and unprofessional. She hoveres over Alec and then pushed her out of the way to go over my total. When i asked for a breakdown her amounts kept changing. When i told her that her amounts didnt come near the amount she told me she walked away.

Great people and decent prices... Lots of accessories to choose from. They have a few flagship phones and the economy versions as well.

There is a girl works at MetroPCS and she is the most fantastic lady I have met she never gets upset with me because I make mistakes but she knows how to correct it she knows so much I wont go to anybody but her anymore she is the best
