The manager of the Sandusky store, Casey, was great! He promptly assisted us in fixing our sons phone and provided us with additional information for screen replacement. We are so thankful for his friendly and competent assistance.

These people do NOT answer phones locally or 800 number...regardless of time of day...Ive waited on hold for 45 min to an hour b4 anyone answers on numerous occasions in past 6 months...thats why I/we left...terrible customer service and costs!!! OH MY! Why did I ever leave Verizon in the first place? I’ll tell you why. T-mobile was offering a “free” iPhone 12 and a trade-in on my iPhone 8 to switch service. They were even $20/mo cheaper. So I switched. As it turned out, my phone wasn’t free, no iPhone trade-in, and to state the shortened version of the story…let’s just say this…after 11 trips to the t-mobile store and 10 phone calls to the main number, I switched back to Verizon after 4 short months with t-mobile. What a nightmare! Broken promises, poor cell service (don’t believe the ads on TV about what great cell service they have), employees were without knowledge …just a nightmare. Since switching back to Verizon, I’ve not had one issue. Yes it might cost a little more than t-mobile, but it’s worth it to be without the hassle, problems, bait-and-switch practices and incompetence. Oh and t-mobile got hacked again. Phone and SS numbers, addresses, driver’s licenses with photos, etc. this was the 5th TIME IN 3 YEARS! Never again will I switch. Beware of switching from Verizon.

Wouldnt let me in the store tried to force me to schedule a timed appointment to speak with a rep. Im not retired I cant block off the middle of my work day to wander in Verizon. The fact that you cant accommodate the working class and have an open door is apauling. Ive been with Verizon nearly a decade and if this is how Ill be treated,at my local brick and mortar, Im done. The amount of money I spend on this company and the amount I intended to spend walking in the door; I cant believe the service my jaw is open.Read other reviews. The response to the door guard is evident. Not welcoming in any capacity. Costomer service is terrible. Its a shame. We need a capable storefront locally.

Ive been to the store three times. Twice to get a new phone. Second time was given a hassle about the battery. Most recently I went in for a wireless charger because my phones port stopped working. They had literally zero in stock.
Went prepared to buy a new phone to fix a problem on-line couldnt solve. After making that known to the service tech at the store, he fixed my problem so I didnt have to buy another. Thats the kind of customer service I appreciate.

Used to be nice now they make us do all the work. For example I cracked my phone and needed to do a claim. They dont help you at all they make you do more work then they do. Plus, they get paid really well for people who dont do anything.

I went to the milan ace branch to get a wifi hotspot for the house and Jennifer H was awesome she did a awesome job very nice and patient with me got me just what I wanted wasnt a long drawn out process quick and fast all while having a couple issues with the system and her handheld device but she was awesome in and out got what I wanted in maybe 20 mins if that

Made an on-site appointment for a repair. Was told to wait 45 minutes. Told them okay and Id be back shortly. Left. Came back 30 mins later. Waited another 30 mins and asked how much longer..was told I was not in the system and had to make an appt when I stood there with my son already. Completely frustrated especially since I am a corporate account with 4 lines. They wasted an hour of my time and I got nothing accomplished. Thanks for nothing.
Brenda was our salesperson and she was terrific. My husband and I are older and she was so helpful and patient and took the time with us to answer all of our questions. (We had come in four days earlier and the young guy that met us at the door was no help at all. He told us back up our phones and come back. Didn’t explain anything. We had to search out help on our own!! And we pay enough to use Verizon!!)

Recently went in for the first time in several years. Place has definitely changed for the better. Great selection and the help I received was top notch. I used to dread going in knowing that it was going to take forever to take care of even the simplest issues. Not anymore. Upgraded a few devices and got my plan switched up to better suit my needs and save a few bucks in the process. Was done in about 45 minutes. Keep doing what youre doing!
Went in on Friday to switch over from sprint and received the hands down best customer service from Dana I have ever experienced. She is absolutely amazing and helped us get the absolute best deals available! I’ve never felt more comfortable and had such an easy time understanding everything we went over! I highly recommend her if you ever need help with anything!!

Sold us on an “Unlimited Plan” that’s obviously no where near unlimited to the point that you can’t even use maps... Also all the activation Fees they swore they would have waived as part of a promotion you fight with customer service for 2 months to have them go away.

Was a terrible experience.The Customer Service sucked big time!! I either wanted to have my phone fixed or possibly get a new phone. The guy looked briefly at my phone hit a few buttons and told me my phone was old and I have hat could had been the problem. But he didnt seem to come up with other solutions to the problem. Then I asked about a new phone. I hadnt gotten a new phone for a long time. I owed money so went to my car and called customer Service. I got it done so that I could get a new phone. The lady stayed on the phone with me to help ( she was wonderful) I went back in to get new phone he showed me one phone, but did not explain any thing about the phone. I asked about a promotion price, but said there was not available. What about other phones? He said there was no promotional cost on any of them. He also said they do not add on contacts or pictures anymore. Plus I could pay as high as 100.00 with tax and up charges. Never had. To do this before. Im 72:yrs old on fixed income and I am not computer savvy. So this is all a shock to me. He never even told me I could get money for my old phone. He acted like I was taking his time and didnt really want to be bothered. I finally walked out being totally unsatisfied. I may switch companies after be being a loyal customer for many years!!!Im done very disappointed in the Customer Service. Was not a friendly person.

Worst experience that I have ever had at a wireless store. Was greeted at the door by a manager and was promptly handed off to another rep. The rep didnt shake my hand greet me or ask my name. I had to do all of that myself. I gave him my number and told him what I was wanting to do. Told me I needed an drivers license so he could access my account. I have never been asked that at any carrier that Ive been with. Explained to him that I had left home with out it and even had to get my wifes debit card before i came in and offered to give him any information that we would need. He still didnt look me in the eye. He then said that he couldnt help me at all. Didnt offer me an apology or anything and didnt even attempt to even walk me out like they usually do. No one said goodbye or thanks for coming. I work for Verizon and the way we are trained is different then the way I was treated in the store. Most likely will go to a different corporate store or Best Buy instead.
Worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. These guys are a bunch of lazy cheats and swindlers. Screwed me royally. Out of about $200. And not a soul offered to help rectify the situation until I went to the Perkins Ave. store. Don’t waste you’re time with these people. Go to Perkins Ave. and efren should consider a career outside of sales.

Back when I had Verizon I had to make a few trips here for tech support. Very knowledgeable staff, very friendly and nice clean store. I hate Verizon as a company but the store has great people and are always willing to help and teach you new features on your device.
I left Verizon because there Bills got to be so high I couldnt take it anymore after 20 some years of being with them. Switched to at&t and hot a good deal plus free phones and no contract.

Ive come here several times before, and service has always been mixed. Of the 30+ times Ive been here (over the past five years), Ive NEVER bought anything. Well, this time, I did!!Best Buy wouldnt sell me a Note 8 case on 9/06 because they couldnt sell the phone until 9/15. Well, I want a case on my phone. . . So went up to Verizon. They had them in the back, since not many had the phone, and he brought them out. I tried out several, and finally decided on one. Price, 34.99 as stickered, before a 20% discount I get. Ringing up, he found it was 44.99!I knew what was happening, and Ive had shady experiences at OTHER retailers before, so I covertly started filming as he peeled off the sticker. He left, oddly. So he came back, and had the price CORRECT, PLUS my discount, and could charge it to my account. Beautiful.They made a mistake. They did the right thing. Thank you, Verizon!

You will be greeted by a Verizon employee who will apologize that there will be about a half hour wait before anyone can help you. Then after about a half hour and no one is being helped in the entire place, you can choose to wait an unlimited amlunt of time or release yourself from this nonsense. Verizon, please hire more employees and in paying them you will allow them to help more customers who will in turn spend more money with your company and thus Verizon will grow even more.
I went there and got my new phone the s10e my twin and I both did 5days ago and the new watches to go with the phone to blue tooth them to our phones, I hope I got the name right Efthan that was my sellers guy. But of course you want a cover to protect it.. they only had one and my twin took it, but he says we can order one be at your house in 2days? Ok cool sounds good to me.. well it has been 5days and nothing came to my house.. so I go up there today and talk to the manager and tell him about, we are out but we have that kind of cover coming in tomorrow or I CAN ORDER YOU ONE? WAIT WAIT SO THAT MEANS MY SELLS GUY NEVER ORDERED LIKE HE SAID🤬🤬😡😡😡.. IM SO MAD AT THIS POINT BECAUSE MY ORDER DID NOT GET PLACED AND FORGOT ABOUT.. AND SO NOW I HAVE TO WAIT EVEN LONGER TO GET MY COVER FOR MY PHONE.. I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD A SELLS PERSON FORGET ABOUT YOU AND YOUR ODER, SO NOW IT WILL BE A WEEK I WAITED FOR IT AND CAN GET IT BECAUSE A BAD SELLS GUY FORGOT AND WAIT LONGER.. A WEEK I WAITED FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS SUPPOSEDTO TAKE 2DAYS.. For three months I paid for services I did not have. My phone does not have service at my house. They troubleshot over and over. To no avail. They refuse to credit my bill. They changed my billing from the 13th of the month to the 10th without telling me, shut my phone off and charged me an $80 reconnection fee (4 phones). The phones were off less than 8hrs. I tried to cancel the phones, but it cant be done at the Verizon store. They gave me a number to call, where I was on hold for over an hour with no one ever answering. I have been with Verizon for over 4 years, if I ever get rid of them, I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH VERIZON AGAIN.

We were able to get me a new phone, and get out pretty quickly. Our salesman, Dennis, was polite, and he didnt push too hard to upsell me or anything like that. Unfortunately, I have to give a three-star review because I was switching from an iPhone to a Google Pixel, and Dennis neglected to tell me that I had to disable Find My iPhone before I could activate my new Pixel. He said that all I had to do was make sure the iPhone was shut off and to not turn on the Pixel until after a certain waiting period. So I followed those two steps and had to sit on the phone with Verizon support for over twenty minutes because my Pixel kept throwing an activation error. I love my Pixel now that its set up, but... just make sure youre telling the customer everything they need to know so they dont have to waste twenty minutes of their life with customer support, mmkay?

The customer service is a lot different than it used to be. I got what I needed but it was very sales oriented. the guy told us we HAD to buy phone chargers because our new phones didn’t come with them anymore. Got home, opened up the boxes and the chargers were included. Luckily we didn’t purchase any, especially since everything was way overpriced. They also don’t set your phone up for you anymore or help you put on the screen protector (not a big deal, but it was so nice in the past since I’m really bad at it). I don’t really understand the point of Verizon stores anymore since all they really do is hand you your new phone and say good luck.

Went to do a trade-in on my phone and to get a new one. Basically was told it cant be done because your credit cannot be applied to a new device.. hmmm....paying off your old phone but cant use the credit on a new one! Wow! I then looked online and saw that BUT I wasnt told about a gift card or the fact I still could have gotten a new one with the credit applied to my bill...I said that was pretty stupid that nothing could be done and I would have to wait. What a waste of time!
Worst customer service of any company. Their call in centers will lie through their teeth, to get you to sign up for what ever. So will the Corprate stores since they work soley off commission.What a great unlimited plan, all the data in the world just no SPEED to use it once you hit the caps. Funny thing is everything say you MAY be reduced this is a bold faced lie. Fact is doesnt matter if their is digestion or not YOUR SPEED WILL BE REDUCED. I AM HEARING A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.
I am only giving 1 star because you cant pick 0. After being quoted a price for a phone via text and over phone then driving to the store I was told the associate had quoted a price from a sale that ended the previous day and they would not honor it. I have been with Verizon 17 years guess they dont care about losing my business and 5 lines
The customer service in this store is horrible. Online I bought a prepaid unlimited data plan for a mobile hotspot. It has no caps on mobile hotspot devices such as the 8800L that I purchased. I had problems with the unit and was told by Verizon tech support to exchange it for a new one. The agent in the store insisted there was no such plan and all plans cap at 15 GB. When I tried to get her to look at that plan on the website she refused and said I was wrong and she was right. She was arrogant and snooty. And she lost a customer for Verizon with her ignorance and attitude. I returned the unit rather than deal with the uneducated agents who do not know their jobs.
