Had a great deli employee take care of me yesterday. She cut my selection as requested and stacked it beautifully. I know that might seem silly but alot of delis cut it how they want even after you request it thin . I appreciated her customer service!!Also I object strenuously with the bad review about lighting cleanliness and staff. The cashiers know my elderly mothers name and all staff Ive encountered are extremely helpful and friendly.

Always a fan of Stop & Shop. Lets hope the new ownership appreciate the benefits of keeping it true to the original on Memorial Drive Cambridge MA. Quality meats/poultry a good butcher accommodation. Fresh vegetables and every thing it used to be. Think the robots are fine when the store is closed. Keep people in the aisles.

I went to this store many times while on vacation and I am confident not one employee every greeted me, or even smiled. The store in dimly lit, crowded, and appears dirty. The Market Basket supermarket down the road is much better.

I have been shopping at the Tupper Road Stop & Shop for 30 plus years and spend a substantial amount of money weekly so I appreciate someone bagging my groceries. I brought in my reusable bags in today like I have been doing for the past month and the only cashier at the time told me I would have to bag my own groceries! I am assuming some cashiers will bag and some will not if customer is using their own bags.I think there should be a store policy one way or the other; either ban reusable shopping bags or allow them and all employees who bag groceries will bag paper or reusable bags! If you cant do that, please put up a sign at individual checkouts stating that customers using their reusable bags will not be bagged by employee at this checkout! Its very frustrating trying to unload $200 worth of groceries from the cart and having them pile up until I can get there to start bagging. Will think seriously of taking my business elsewhere where customer service is a priority!

Nice place to purchase groceries, however, they dont sell booze.

Just got out of work Drove 25 minutes for it to be closed 30 minutes before scheduled time online you are a business stay open to scheduled time now I have to drive around and try and find formula

Visiting on vacation, shopped stop & shop, picked up two packages of margherita turkey pepperoni, we had quest joining us opened a package and it had some kind of mold, through in rubbish, very disappointing, we generally love this brand.

Im a regular who does pretty good on the sale items and I also like the expansion of the Pet food and supply department. Nice to know I can get decent food for my rabbit if I run out before going to Barnstable Feed and Grain.

The best the workers are the best close to home great staff always helpful they do however need a security person present for covidInfractions something happened @ another store where an officer could have descalated the incedent

Very unpleasant shopping experience. Dont ever buy their salads. They are always soaking wet. The only thing this store has going for it is the fact that it is slightly cleaner than the one on Quaker Meetinghouse.

What can I say, its your typical Stop & Shop. This chain has not done much to keep up with its competitors, but its convenient for many people in the area. They do have a great deli section, but the fish and meat department are just adequate at best. They do run some good specials on a consistent basis and there are never big crowds except for summer.

Its always good to go to a Stop & Shop since we dont have any Stop & Shop stores near where we live. While were on vacation, and back in Sandwich, MA, we will be back for more great deals.

The bagger put the cans in with the cookies and threw the bags into the cart. Need more training. Food was also poorly thrown on shelves

Clean well stocked limited amount of people well marked directions for the aisles everything available that I was looking for. It made for a quick shop.

Good store but I only come for quick pickups. No amazing qualities and stop and shop is notoriously pricey but its nice to have around

Not bad, no complaints really. Other Stop and Shop in Sandwich on Quaker Meetinghouse is pretty small. Only downside is that this one, though larger with greater selection of products, has shorter hours than the smaller Quaker Meetinghouse one. I wish the hours were swapped.

The employees are good people but I rarely shop there anymore because of corporate and the way they treat them so they have to strike... Its the reason I left this company 40+ yrs ago and I see Nothing has changed. I never worked for a supermarket ever again, any of them....

Prices are cheaper at market basket but this is good for a quick stop or just a few things. Miss not having one now that we live in Florida.

They carry a reasonably good selection of allergy friendly foods. The prices are high across the board though. I tend to shop at Market Basket, a few miles away, before I go to Stop and Shop. Anything I cant find at MB, I them purchase at SS.

So big! Always has everything I need! Only thing is I dont like the new robot, its weird... but other than that theres not only the best fresh fruits and veggies they always seem to last longer from Stop and Shop than any other grocery store... Alway very organized, has Stop and shop brands which I find to be the closest to the real thing as any other places store brand but also has a bank, ATM, and a pharmacy all in a grocery store. Love Stop and Shop, one stop and can run many errands at one time! Favorite Grocery Store!!

The family and I go camping at shawme state forest and this stop and shop is only 1.2 miles away. Super convenient and great staff, all helpful!

This store is awful!! The Stop & Shop stores on the Cape are so poorly managed, so poorly manned and nobody seems to know where anything is! The managers you ask where things are just don’t seem to know where things are and seem to don’t care. Please open more Market Basket stores on the Cape so Stop and Shop will go out of businesses!

What is happening there? The last four or five times I have been it, which is weekly, the shelves are bare and the produce looks terrible :( Please do not being the best!!! I do not want to go to Market Basket. The organic section is really poor... maybe two or three options of mealy apples, $7 kiwi, meh.... please, listen to our plea from the public - we would LOVE a better, nicer organic section with better options!! We have nothing like that in the area... if you build it... we will come!!

Their organic selection is growing but needs to increase. The produce is usually good, but meats and prepatpared foods are just OK.

Wow this place was amazing. They had all kinds of food! Pasta, legumes, live goats, cereal, and root beer! Truly a hidden gem on the cape cod. They employees were incredibly helpful when I had questions, and if youve ever met big George, you can bet your cottage cheese I have questions. The employee there, Chaden, answered all my questions. He told me where the pasta was, both pre-prepared and raw, provided me with a hatchet to sever the head of the goat, assisted my frail bones in get 2 dozen bottles of root beers, and did it all with a smile! Wow! As I left the store the employees said have a great night and the burden has become yours now even though they didnt have to. I will definitely come back here soon.

Got some ice cream last night, store brand sherbet and sure enough there was a DEAD bug in it.

Honestly we just ran in for a couple things, but, it seemed clean and to have a pretty good selection of things.

The cashier was very unfriendly. She got upset that we did not have the card and did not ask before wrapping our stuff in plastic. Needless to say we will not be going back.

I have been to this store twice since the mask restrictions and the one-way isles. The only people who were walking the wrong way without masks were the employees!! Do they not follow the same rules!!???
