Absolutely livid with this Home Depot. We ordered all new appliances, the hook up to my stove was busted and now gas is leaking in my house which is clearly dangerous.They failed to even put the stove up against the wall. They decided they didn’t want to bring my fridge up stairs leaving me to hire people to do so. They dented my new microwave that they didn’t even put in correctly. These delivery guys need to be FIRED or moved to a different department because they did not do their job at all. I will be going to Lowe’s from here on out. Absolutely appalled.

I have to go to Home Depot multiple times a day to get different supplies for different jobsites. This Home Depot is the best one out of 6 locations I use. Employees such Amy, Morris, Chris, and miquel make my visits a pleasure. They always make sure I get all my orders in a timely manner. There are a few other employees that also help me but I don’t know all their names. Overall I prefer this Home Depot as appose to the others

Was told saw was broken and no other way to cut it. I appreciate Home Depot for its generous business hours. I recently went there to get a chain for my toilet. It was one ft of chain and when I went to the cashier I had forgotten the code. The cashier told me dont worry about it and gave it to me for free. Great customer experience. Thank you Home Depot!

A perfect store cant be just read great products or large space. What really makes us perfect is the service. literally all the employees of this Home Depot work to the best of the abilities to help the customer. The lady at the paint station spent more than 20 minutes getting me the right color. The explain in detail how to use the paint what to do and what not to do. All this time spent on a customer buying just one quart of paint! Then there was a lot of help at the checkout counters, more help for loading the stuff to the car, and overall great experience.

Update: two days later, I was finally able to go and retrieve my items as they had been scanned into the store finally. They still weren’t readily available to the customer service desk so I had to wait 30 minutes for them to be pulled out from the backroom.I am only amending the review because of how helpful the lady at the desk was with finding it. The guy here on Saturday sucked. The lady here today was reasonable and helpful and didn’t just send me away, she got someone to go find the items and bring them out. Thank you!TL;DR: Home Depot has $500 worth of my items sitting in their backroom, won’t let me take it or even issue a refund.I ordered two desks from Home Depot’s online website. They shipped that day and received tracking, they were delivered to the store the following day.The website said estimated pickup date was Saturday, but it then changed to Thursday AFTER UPS delivered the items to the store.I arrived at the store on Saturday after the tracking verified the items were available for pick-up, and following the initial timeline that I had been given when they shipped (“Available for pickup Saturday”) I arrived several hours after they received the items.Waited in line for twenty minutes at the customer service counter. The customer service reps were telling every single customer in front of me no, before even finding out what their problems were, so I didn’t have high hopes.The rep who was at the counter when I got there, pulled up my order, saw that it was located in the back, and made up an excuse that he can’t “release” an order to me for two full days. Nowhere on the website does it state this, only that shipping (which was already done) may be delayed.I asked to cancel the order and he stated he can’t do that either. Now I am out $500 and have my apartment torn up as I was setting up the space for those desks to be there.The time he spent telling me and everyone else no, he could’ve just gone back there and dragged the items out. Doesn’t even have to bring them more than 10 feet into the store. I will gladly take them myself the rest of the way. After this is resolved (either by getting my items or disputing the charges on my card for failure to provide the items I purchased and were IN THE BUILDING) I will never shop at Home Depot again.Also: Home Depot’s customer service phone and text services suck. They take more than an hour to respond to a message, don’t help or don’t know what they’re doing, and all they do is refer you to the automated phone system that doesn’t have humans on it.

I just recently moved in the Sandy Springs area and one of my first stops was to this Home Depot location. I immediately went to Customer Service and I was greeted by Logan. I had a myriad of requests ranging from online pick up, return and exchange, and will call.He, and other employees were so pleasant, welcoming, and nice throughout the whole process, it really made for an excellent experience. This store also gave me the time and space to dissemble a work bench and miraculously, I was able to fit it into a Mazda 3 sedan.Looking forward to calling this Home Depot my regular store!

I stopped by this location to see if I can pick up a dolly to help my daughter move into her new apartment. When I arrived at the Home Depot, I went to the tool rental area. You know, its one thing I find disrespectful is when I go to a cashier desk and the cashier is having a private personal conversation with a co-worker and does not greet me as the approaching customer. I stood there at the contractor rental desk waiting for this young lady to acknowledge my presence. It wasnt until one of the male workers made a comment to take me as a customer did she finally acknowledge my presence. The mail that was working in that area seemed very knowledgeable and capable when I returned the rental to him.

Just left less than 5 minutes ago looking for a specific screw. The slender, light skinned young man in the department was super un helpful. I brought in a long screw and he showed me a short screw. He wanted to give me a bunch of info I didnt need about types of screws I was not lookin for. As I exited, the young man at the door asked me Id I found everything I was looking for. I told him no. He definitely was not interested in help either. I left. Companies only need a body present. The customer service is terrible. This is partially why employees are being replaced with robots or machines. The dont give disappointing customer service, and these days, products sell themselves.

I went here to get picture-hanging strips and completely blanked on what they were called when I went to ask an employee where they were. She understood my description and pantomiming immediately and called over another employee who knew where they were and helped me find them. I think the whole interaction only took about two minutes! Both employees (and in fact all of the employees Ive spoken to on other visits) were very kind and helpful.

I rented a moving van for the following day, and paid a $150 deposit. The next morning they canceled the reservation with only 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time. This was a huge inconvenience and I will not be choosing to spend my money at Home Depot anymore when other alternatives exist. Disappointed by this level of service, especially for such an expensive deposit.

We just had a door delivered from this location and the two men delivering this 2 ton door were the best!! They had to go down the back side of the home down some pine straw. It was a difficult delivery but these two guys “Romail and Quinton” were very professional and pulled it off. Thanks guys

On Sept. 19,2020 I had an appointment with Trudy for bathroom cabinets and countertop plus undermount sink. Trudy was really great,very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and all around wonderful. I brought my undermount sink and faucets to see if the cabinets and countertop would look good. Trudy told me when they would be installed and it was installed on the date she stated. This is the place to go if you need to ordere something from the Design Center.

We went to Home Depot to purchase our Christmas tree. The guy in the tree lot was very helpful and nice. He saved the tree we chose while we left to find a stand at another store. This was my first experience buying a real tree and Id definitely go back to Home Depot next December. They made the process seamless.Please dont judge the decorations! All the home Depots from Atlanta to Columbus Ga including Phenix City Alabama needs new people for customer service and care. Or train them better or close all of them down. Dont forget to check your receipt. I returned leftover tile from a job, the girl returned my money back onto my card. Good deal. Not so fast, I looked at the receipt and noticed about 10 pieces were not accounted for. I went back and counted 7 credited, but I brought in 17. Had a horrible experience with someone named Chris Walsh. First ran into him in the garden center and didn’t even realize he was a worker because no apron like all the other workers, but one of the other workers called him a supervisor. But he ignored any requests for help because he was “too busy” smoking a cigar. In the garden center. Home Depot allows this?? You don’t smoke near plants, it kills them. Home Depot is okay with this guy destroying their products? And smoking on company property/time? Guys don’t go to this garden center, clearly their plants are subpar compared to the other stores.

Terrible location. Have had 2 issues with them recently and do not intend to come back.1. Ordered a grill online for pick up. When I received it, it was scratched, rusted and clearly was a floor model. Tried to call them to ask what the deal was and no response.2. Ordered a mini fridge online for pick up. When I received it, the box was completed destroyed and there was a chip in the top of the fridge. Told the employee when they put it in my car and they said they didnt know what to do, just talk to Customer Service.2 items I received from the store that had some damage and customer service has not been helpful. Will not come back.

As a driver that do deliveries to Both Costco and Home Depot this is a mess and the Home Depot manager is very ignorant and has no patience with tractor trailer drivers claiming he gotta a business to run. The area is to small and too tight to have all this aggression especially when dealing with tractor trailer drivers. And he was trying to rush a situation that has 4 trucks back there for Costco to his one flatbed picking up 1 pallet of roofing shingles. Learn manners and patience

Worst customer service I ever experienced in my life. If looking to purchase appliances and etc. I suggest avoiding store entirely. Charlie in appliances is a terrible salesman and lousy employee. He only works fast to get you out of his face. Management failed to help. Had to order 3 times just to be told refrigerator is out of stock all 3 times. They waited until after day of delivery to tell us this. 2 months of waiting, 7 store entries and over 30 phone calls averaging an hour or more each time. THATS A PART TIME JOB dealing with them. Awful! Go elsewhere!!!

Pretty good product selection especially at the Garden Department. Great location less than a mile from exit 5 Highway 400. Same Plaza with a Costco Shopping Center. But service at the Home Depot store terrible you can wait for an assistance all day long nobody care. I had to go to customer service desk and ask for help several times. Total waiting time for assistance took 36 minutes then angry employee arrived, I asked him several basic questions he couldnt answer it on any of them and was getting even more pissed like its my fault then he starts complaining about another customers too me. Unfortunately this is not a first negative experience at this store it happens already many times.

My husband and I have been long time customers of Home Depot especially in the last 2 months as we bought our new home. We ordered a LG washer and dryer a few weeks ago and the delivery never showed up. We got the run around multiple times and told by one of the managers “this will only happen when you go to another store so stick with us.” No show, no call. The rescheduled delivery got cancelled two days ago and we were never notified. I only found out because I called to confirm the delivery time. HD apologizes but continues to blame the delivery service. Take ownership of how this makes your company look and stop pointing the finger. This company doesn’t understand the time and effort we took to make sure we were home for this delivery. They can say their apologies and get on their way. The rest of us are left with a bill and no appliances. Do better. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Thank you for making our lives complicated and frustrating on top of an already difficult and strenuous time.

I was drawn to an LG range primarily because of the LG 10% off promotion if you buy two or more LG appliances. I accidentally ordered the items separately (the range and an LG washer) and when I called customer service to have the 10% off promotion applied, they said the items must be on the same receipt. The range was delivered in less than 48 hours after ordering and now that Ive accepted delivery I cannot return it in order to buy the two items together on the same ticket. So now I am out $250 because The Home Depot customer service would not help me with a solution. Basically just told me too bad. Will not be driving the extra distance to go to THD any more with an Ace Hardware right down the street. Just lost a life-long customer and brand advocate.

My wife and I shopped at this particular Home Depot today (Sunday September 29) we were looking for a particular paint color to match our newly epoxied garage floor. We brought a small sample of the epoxy container lid for the color match. When we arrived at the paint counter we gave the sample to a guy working there, he very quickly and somewhat rudely explained to us that the sample was too small and he couldn’t do anything with brushed us off. So my wife and I went over to the many color selection to choose a color the would closely match, while we were deciding a young lady working from behind the same counter came over and explained she overheard the previous conversation and offered to help. She asked to see the sample and then stated that she could do what the first team member couldn’t. She explained everything to us professionally and then proceeded with the color match. This young lady was amazing with her help and professionalism. My wife was very pleased and so was I. THANKS Kimberly for your help, a million thanks😎👌🏻

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My company spends lots of money with Home Depot & their response to my complaint was very disappointing. There was a 29 day span between my purchase and the time it was delivered. I had to reschedule my delivery 4 times. The PRO desk and management have serious communication issues. 3 separate times I was promised a call back from 3 different managers, but they never followed up. Finally I got corporate involved & was only met with attitude and very lackluster customer service. They issued a $102 refund on a $6000 purchase, that I’d been waiting on for weeks. Not to mention the fact that I lost money to waiting on material. If there was anyway to stop using Home Depot, I definitely would do so. Unfortunately, they have such a monopoly on construction materials. I will definitely never bring any more business to the Sandy Springs location.
