My experience with this store was excellent! I was greeted upon entering, the store was clean and smelled fresh. Product selection was extensive. I will definitely frequent this store more often when I don’t want to order online.

The selection is good, but this store has some of the rudest employees. One in particular( short hair glasses) I have seen her get into a verbal fight with another costumer and in general is just very rude! I understand you have to deal with crappy people sometimes, dont we all, but if you hate your job as much as it seems like you do by the way you treat the people BUYING from you, then maybe you should consider a career change😁

The store always has what I need and great sales. Waleska and the other lady are always nice.. except the lady with the really short hair. I lost my card a months ago and one lady was so nice and helped me get a replacement card. she called the number and had me talk to someone and it came in the mail in 2 weeks... Well my friend misplaced her card and she caught an attitude with me real quick when I said can u help my friend get a card replacement. she said we dont do that, you can call yourself, when literally the month before one of the ladies helped me get a replacement card. on top of not even giving my friend the number to call to get a replacement.

So apparently I was unaware that you have to have a Cosmetologist license to shop here, or at least thats what this rude woman told me as I made it 3 feet past the entrance. Just came here to purchase quality hair care products like I always do for my daughter and I, as we dont use just any ol thing in our hair.If this is infact untrue about this facility only being able to shop with a license Id be appalled.Please comment below if youve shopped here without having to show credentials of any sort.

Nice place good prices I wish you didnt have to have a card to go in there why is it that you only cater to professionals you have women that have been doing their hair for years and they know what to do with those products and we would love to get those prices it makes sense to let all customers shop there just think of how your profits would increase if you allowed all of us to get a card

I have been to this location many times and have always had a good experience. Today I came in with my grandmother to look for a blowdryer for her. We were looking for a smaller and non heavy blow dryer. I opened one box just to feel how heavy the blow dryer was ( did not take any of the packaging off) and I put the blow dryer back in the box the exact way it was in there. I used to work for Sallys so I absolutely understand how it can be frustrating when coustomers open things. The difference here is I put it back in the box exactly how it was and did not open any of the packaging around it. The lady who worked there very rudely asked if I were to open another one to ask her to do so. I apologized and said i understood. I folded the box back and realized that one of the flaps was not tucked into the box. I went to go fix that and she then proceeded to rudely say see that is why we don’t want people opening the boxes. As I was fixing the box. Then went on to say vey rudely again how they don’t like costumers opening boxes. First off I apologized there was no need for her to keep going. Second off I only opened one box. At that point we left. This is not the first time I have heard of the employees here being rude from my other hairstylist friends. Will not be back!! Obviously as well you can see other reviews on here about the employees being rude.

I work nearby and stop in on my lunch break often. The store is clean and the staff have been friendly and helpful to me every visit.

Only my third visit to this store but each time the employees are very cheerful and helpful!

Was so stoked to get my school ID so I could shop at CosmoProf and have access to items that I couldnt get elsewhere or for significantly lower prices and was a bit disappointed. Bought a waxing kit for $60 then found it on Amazon for $30. But still the only place to get certain brands, like authentic Paul Mitchell products, for example. Will likely end up visiting again.
