While I find the people that work in the pharmacy to be very friendly, trying to reach them on the telephone is a total nightmare. I am attaching a picture that shows how I was on hold for 20 MINUTES waiting on the pharmacy to pick up. I had one caller in front of me. 15 minutes into the call (and listening to the loop of how important I am and that there’s only 1 caller in front of me) someone picks up the phone and immediately puts it van on hold to where the phone then starts ringing for the next several minutes and then proceeds to hang up on me. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either.I understand the world is short staffed right now, but pick up the phone and say hi or get your phones fixed! It’s beyond frustrating. I was over in Chamblee and drove all the way over here while on hold only to pull up to the store with no one in the drive thru and the counter empty inside.

The Pharmaceutical department is very very rude and do not enjoy their job. They talk to individuals like were children. The young lady put me on hold for over an hour. Nasty nasty individuals. GOD IS WATCHING YOU.

Tried this Walgreens because it was closer than my normal Walgreens. Big mistake. The pharmacy is no where near as competent as the Johnson Ferry Rx. Figured most pharmacists were fairly equivalent, but I guess not. Too bad. Its worth the extra drive for better care/service. Walgreens may want to strive for the implementing consistently good service at all locations.

The young lady Sabrina with braids is very rude! 8months of coming here and nothing but rudeness.

Got a passport photo done today - super quick, easy, and friendly service. Tall gentleman with dreads assisted me at Photo Services.

It is a great, store . alway clean clam, and people the workers are greatest. smiling and very helpful.

Had to change my 5 star to a 1 star. Pharmacy takes forever. Today I have sat in drive through window for 22 min and the pharmacist is incredibly rude. I’m sure she is just over worked. Walgreens needs to get it together

Poor quality photo prints. Go to the one further south instead for prints (6330 Roswell Rd, Sandy Springs, GA 30328). Its a bit better.

I get my medicine four times a year and this week was the second time theyre been our of it within the past year. This place sucks.

Confession: I detest Walgreens because their layout makes no sense. But this outpost had the super-duper Mucinex D my sad sinuses needed. And the crabby people at CVS up the street wouldnt even call another location to help me find it. The Walgreens pharmacist was nice, the store was clean, and I can breathe. We call that winning, people!

I signed up to get a health screening done here, and when I got there they said they didnt have the proper equipment. When I asked why they didnt call to tell me (I took time out of my workday to drive there), they claimed my appointment wasnt in their system. When I showed them the confirmation email from them on my phone, they were out of excuses and feebly asked if I wanted to be scheduled with another Walgreens. If they cant handle communicating to a customer that they cant offer the services they promised, I wouldnt trust them with anything else. For all I know, their Dasani could give me dysentery Oregon Trail style.
