I made an appointment for a flu shot. I arrived 5 minutes early, they were confused that I had an appointment and I waited for over 30 minutes. They seem really unprofessional, they do shots in the waiting room. Very frustrating as it should take a few minutes max.
Where to start - I have to use CVS due to my insurance; however, be aware you might spend an hour on the phone and they dont answer, your physician might have to call in a prescription 4 times and they still dont fill it, the pharmacist might not feel like filling the prescription, other prescriptions they never fill - there are a couple of ladies on the staff who are friendly and helpful but having spoken to their District management several times over several years - this company simply doesnt care.
This is the worse pharmacy I have ever been to. 35 minutes before closing they refused to fill a very simple prescription. Not just that the old lady on the counter and the pharmacist was equally rude to the point that I would never go back there again for anything. I had to drive 30 minutes away to Walmart but I am so glad that I did. Walmart pharmacy staff in Sandy springs was super nice and friendly and they got the prescription ready in less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend the Walmart pharmacy.
The pharmacy staff there are the worse. They claim that they cant fill my prescriptions, they claim that they cant order my prescriptions. The foreign speaking women pharmacy staff are rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Within the past year the pharmacy staff there have made filling my prescriptions a nightmare and stressful.
This is a terrible CVS. Every-time I call I have to wait 20 minutes to over an hour to get ahold of someone. Then when I finally get someone on the line they are not helpful and they are very rude. I had to call multiple times to get my prescription filled because every-time someone told me they were working on it, I would check my app and see it was not being processed. Then when I would call again no one knew what I was taking about and I have to put in the request again. Also I called to make sure they have my insurance on file the Lady said she would check when I came in. I told her that I needed to know now and she put me on hold and never answered the phone again. I have been on hold for an hour
If you need a specialized order from the pharmacy, do not trust this CVS to get it done for you. I needed a very specific type of medicine, not only did they get the order wrong they did nothing to fix it. I went to another CVS across town, their pharmacist actually cared, made the effort and got exactly what I needed filled in two business days. This is not a CVS pharmacy branch you can depend on.
I was discriminated against by TORRAIN because I am African American and accused of stealing. I was humiliated and embarrassed and made to pay for something twice!Store manager did nothing after I called and complained. I have a video.
This is a embarrassing cvs for all the others. The pharmacy is a joke. I dont see how these people can be so unprofessional after going to college.
Their pharmacy staff are very patient, helpful, and really went above and beyond what you’d expect in my experience.
In line at drive-through pharmacy well before 8:00 with 3 cars in front of me. The first car takes more than 15 min for whatever their problem is so its after 8 by the time any more cars get to the window and they refuse to help us because the pharmacy is closed.
I have no idea what is going on inside of pharmacy!! I am on drive thru to pick up my pain killers. Its been over 30 min and still there are 3 cars ahead of me. I wish i could walk then i will just go in but I am injured so unable to walk.
Horrific phone system
Some friends and I went in before close and the women at the counter, Donna, provided us with such a wonderful experience. She was so kind and helpful, and I would love if ever CVS had people like her!
The Pharmacy staff is great. Jackson processes my script and Dr. Carter fills quickly and efficiently. I appreciate their efforts. Tamara is great at the check out area. We use them often. Btw, the pic for this location is not correct. This location has a corner entrance. I had trouble determining if this was the correct location.
Very Friendly staff. Recently renovated. Beware, the pharmacy is not open 24hrs only the retail store area. Pharmacy hours are posted at the store and on Google Maps. The employees were very willing to provide me the closets 24hr CVS pharmacy so I could have my prescription transferred and filled at that location the same evening.
Good customer service. This store did made a mistake with my photo order, but they came clean by admitting the mistake and fixing the issue within 10 minutes. It takes courage to admit fault, and such quality is hard to find in today’s customer service world.
I generally like CVS. And I am giving this an extra star because they are open 24 hours and the rest of the store is nice. But I have had so many issues with the daytime staff of the pharmacy. I have gone here for about a year but am not in the process of moving over to the rite aid next to my house (who are very nice, but sadly not open 24 hours). Here are just a few things that have happened: received the wrong prescription, hung up on numerous times, refused to fill prescription, refused to fax my doctor, was told to wait 15 minutes and ended up being 45, and just general rudeness of most of the stuff. If this is the only pharmacy you can use I would suggest trying to go later at night. The later the better. The night staff is much more friendly and helpful. But really at some point you will have to use them during the day and you will find out how frustrating it can be. Good luck! Hope this helps!
Pharmacy is very incompetent, rude and slow.
The worse customer service I have ever seen! I was on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up just to speak with the pharmacy staff.
They are open 24 hours and for that they deserve stars. If you are going to whip in here for greeting card, dont. The cards are all dog eared. Probably from people digging around looking for an envelope. They need to fire their card vendor quickly, before the negative reviews pile up. Seriously what are the envelopes used for? No extras behind the counter either.
Everyone I’ve ever encountered who works here was super nice. It’s never busy in there so it’s easy to find what you’re looking for. It’s slightly inaccessible though!
I have called multiple times to call in an Rx for a patient. No answer. On hold 20+ minutes. I will ask my patients not to use CVS from this point forward.
Every time I go here (its right near my house so its convenient) I wish I hadnt. Disorganized, understaffed. You can sit on hold for hours if you have a question about your prescription. True misery! LOL The only reason I gave it two stars is because its there, which I suppose is better than it not being there. But good lawd. Get it together CVS.
Generally have not had any issues at this pharmacy. They fill prescriptions accurately and promptly. Text message notifications are helpful
I went to this cvs to buy theraflu. There was a discount price for the people who hold a membership card. The clerk did not ask for my card or telephone number as they usually do. Instead he processed it full price. When l realized that, l told him about the discount and that l have a membership card, he got angry because he had to cancel the sale and redo it. Then, instead of asking for my cvs card or my cel. number he asked for my id. I showed him my international drivers license and he said ge could not accept it because they only accept US id cards. I left because he was rude and l was tired and sick. I am never going back to cvs. Walgreens it is for me.
Honestly i wish there were negative stars!! I shop with cvs on a daily basis but this locations staff has to be the worst Ive ever seen!!! The cashier was extremely rude and would not honor their own advertised sale price!! The manager completely disregarded me and acted as if she didnt have time to deal with me!! I have never been so frustrated over buying hair care!!!!!
Worst experience ever!! What kind of customer service is this? I was there 5 min before they open I wanted to ask a question and the lady literally told me to wait and close the door in my face really?
Love it!
Sat on hold with the pharmacy for 50 MINUTES.Absolutely ridiculous.
First off, I need to give credit where credit is due. The NON-PHARMACY staff is wonderful. They are helpful, welcoming, & always make me smile. That being said -- I have never in my life experienced a more incompetent pharmacy staff. Ive used this pharmacy three times, all with issues mostly involving laziness/stupidity. Do yourself a favor -- use the Walgreens across the street. They even give you a gift card if you transfer your prescription! I dont understand how the people who work at this CVS collect a paycheck. I always feel like Im on an episode of Punkd or Boiling Points.
This is the worst pharmacy ever! The pharmacy staff are all rude, inconsiderate and need an attitude adjustment and/or to be fired. This pharmacy is so bad I changed to Rite Aid. Maybe you guys wanna treat your customers better.
My mother picked up her prescriptions. Told the young lady she shouldve had more. Girl told her no maam. Thats all I see. Got home to see my mother received an email. She had more prescriptions ready for pickup. This is not the first time this has happened. Tired of running back & forth to CVS to pick up what shouldve been given the first time.
Historically, CVS provides great customer service. This location is the exception. I have tried 3 or 4 different times to simply fill a generic prescription. They have never given me my prescription within the 15 minutes they told me it would take. Ive tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this has happened everytime. When I drove thru, they told me not to wait at the window because, It times us.... With how slow they are, they need to be timed. Not to mention the last time they only filled one of the two prescriptions I had dropped off. They forgot the other one, so I had to wait again.Bless their hearts, the pharmacy here is a joke.
Wouldnt let me return something without ID even though I had proof of purchase on my Wells Fargo app (I dont have an ID cause im 14)
I love shopping at CVS. That said, this store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a CVS, rolling their eyes at me and refusing to accept my coupon because the machine beeped even though I had met all of the restrictions on the coupon. Started ringing up another customer before I was finished checking out (had divided purchase into seperate transactions). Took forever to pay because the manager had to come and approve every single ECB I used, which has never happened at any other CVS. Meanwhile a huge line was forming and the cashier was staring at me like an idiot. Save the frustration and embarrassment and go to the one up the road, where they are happy to make your transactions go smoothly and manuallly correct any register errors. The only positive thing about shopping here is that they are much more likely than other stores to have really good sale items in stock later in the week- probably because all the bargain shoppers avoid this store.
Piss poor customer service. On hold with the pharmacy for 25 minutes before I hung up. Call the front end of the store and the person put me on hold as soon as they picked up. Shut this store down or get them some help.
Nice that its open 24h
I had to get prescriptions filled and went to this CVS because it is close to my home. The pharmacy department was busy on this Friday evening and the staff showed signs of fatigue, they were unhelpful, uncaring and forgetful. Not planning to return.
It was just like a CVS anywhere else
Very friendly staff!
No pharmacy open on Sunday.False advertisingSays 24 hour pharmacy. Not true.
