This s a little late in the reviews. This company answered my needs for garage repair on a weekend within 30 minutes. They came and fixed it then I was able get an estimate for a truly gorgeous garage door. They even fixed my barn doors that were in bad repair. I would recommend them to any and all of my friends.

Josh did an awesome job tuning our garage door. He took time explaining our options, and didn’t try to up-sell us on useless stuff. He was thorough as he cleaned, lubricated and adjusted the door, making it operate like new. When it came to the bill, there were no surprises, everything there was disclosed before he started and were reasonably priced.

I called Express after I had some damage to my garage door that I was unable to fix(F150). They had a technician to my house in less than 1 hour! Sean and Ben were friendly, professional and quick. They got everything fixed and were very helpful. Express also did the installation last year and did a great job at a great price. I highly recommend calling them!

I had some major door issues and from my first call to Leo, to the installation from John was fantastic. Leo arrived and identified the problem with the door and after a quick survey have me a great quote. As promised, the installer (Jhon) called the next morning confirming his arrival time and was on time. John was fast and efficient and the old door was out and the new one in (all new spring, rails, etc). No way could I have bought and installed the same thing at their price or speed. Amazing!

I requested a service to adjust our garage door as it sometimes failed to open. I expected to have one company come out to service and expected to pay a reasonable service fee. The technician was nice, but very direct and very sure of what i needed, and that the cost was as good as I would find from reputable companies. Any time i questioned the pricing he reassured me that wasnt possible: garage openers dont cost $100 (yes they do). Oh, you mean those openers, those are worthless, but they wont last (ours has lasted 11 years, and still appears to be in good order)! It wasnt just one fee, it was the door service fee + the garage opener fee (nearly $200 combined and both had to be included) + plus the install fee for new rollers (a $20 bag of 10). Over $350 and 20 minutes later, the garage door appears to be in working order - time will tell this - but there is no warranty and I truly felt pressured.

Ryan came to my townhouse today and did a short notice replacement of my garage door. He is very conscientious and his work is top notch. I would highly recommend him for all of your garage door needs. Compare his prices with the big players, and Im sure you will be pleasantly surprised.

My garage door cable came off it’s track and as a result the door wouldn’t shut. When I tried to shut it manually the door got jammed about a foot off the ground and was misaligned as well. I called Express Garage Door and they were able to send some one out in a couple hours. (It was a Sunday) Sam, the technician, asked some questions and quickly diagnosed what caused the problem and set about fixing it. I found the service a little pricey, BUT it was a Sunday and they came out quickly and fixed the problem so I can’t complain. I would use their services again.
