First off the response time is incredible. When they say they will be there at a certain time they mean it. Knowledgeable, professional, personable, and level of customer service that is unmatched. Our garage door opener was completely messed up. Alex with garage door experts responded right away. He was great to work with and extremely knowledgeable. He even help secure our door over night until the new opener was installed. We are extremely happy with the service.

Garage door would not open and I contacted Garage Door Experts to come out and diagnose the problem. Gentleman on the phone said to me “let’s check one thing” before we come out because sometimes it’s this one thing that is the problem. Well that one thing was the reason my garage door was not opening. Saved me an emergency trip fee. Can’t express enough how thankful I am for the time and stress saved. ( that one thing - make sure the pull down is in the correct position - mine was not and once it was set correctly my door opened)

Garage door experts are excellent and have Reasonable prices. My light sockets burned out and I had a hard time finding a company that could replace just the sockets. I sent Alex a picture of my opener & he made sure the correct parts were ordered. Thank you Alex for being so nice & patient with me. The technician Jay came out to do the repairs and he was awesome. Technician was friendly however showed up 45 mins after the window of 4-6. I was told a service call would cost $65. Then after 30 mins of work they told me it would be $150, and that labor is not included with a service call.

These guys are awesome. Called me to schedule service within an hour of submitting my service request via American Home Shield. Was lucky enough that they were in the area and they were at my house within an hour. Fixed the issue in 15 minutes. Very efficient and professional, will definitely use them again.

Long overdue review, but I had tremendous service. I called about 530/6pm and he was available that night to look at replacing the trim along the bottom of the garage. He assessed the issue and said he needed to get the part the next day. True to his word, he communicated early that day when he would arrive, and was actually on time. He completed the work within an hour, and even followed up the next day to confirm everything was as expected. Thanks again!

I worked with A.J. a little of 2mths ago. He installed my garage motors for me. When he left, he told me to give him a call anytime if I have any questions or concerns. Well last night we lost power due to heavy rain. I had no power coming to my garage doors. After checking my electric panel and everything was in the on position I freaked out. Called on a Friday evening around 5 and Alex came out around 7. Replaced my springs in less than 2 hours. Great customer service and class act!

We have actually used this company twice. Once in an emergency situation last year where a family member had to go to a chemo appointment but the springs and brackets on the garage door had snapped. Garage door experts came out immediately and fixed our issue with time to spare. Then this year it was simply time for new doors being the old original doors were falling apart. Our tech, Alex, came out and stuck with us through the entire process. He not only gave a fair quote but also did a great job installing. He even came back a third time just because he wanted the buttons on the wall to be more secure so he added a new plate for them to secure to at no extra charge. I would highly recommend this company and if you get Alex, you are well taken care of.

No work was done.....I initially called and spoke with Alexis who quoted that it would be approximately $160 to replace (1) garage spring he told me that it would be an additional $60 should we decide to do BOTH springs. Alexis told me that the spring would come with a 1-5 year warranty based on the type of spring we choose. Well when the technician arrived...which was 20 minutes later then expected he stated that he could NOT do one spring replacement it would have to be both and gave me a quote of roughly $300+,which was unacceptable,because even if I wanted both springs installed that was still more then what was told to me over the phone initially. The technician went on to say that we could get (1) spring installed but he would still charge us the amount for (2). We paid the $40 service fee, which was also not mentioned over the phone and decided that we would just go with another company. Maybe if everything was explained over the phone initially before the appointment was scheduled, then we would have been more prepared to move forward, but it wasnt.

Be very careful when dealing with these people that the price is firm in writing before you let them begin.I was quoted one price and then got billed roughly 45% more. When I challenged the price increase the technician Alex said it is recommended that you do this - I can take the part off if you want to.Unprofessional behavior and no understanding of customer expectations.

I called to get my garage door looked at cause I didn’t like how it sound. They cleaned and serviced my door for a low unbelievable price. They advised me that my spring was up to be serviced as well. They told me of the major and minor damage that could happen if the spring broke. I took their advice and changed it. I’m glade that I did cause since I did that 2 people I know springs have broken.
