Foot Solutions Sandy Springs has been my go to shoe store for at least 8 years. I had nagging foot pain until Brian and Marsha worked with me on inserts and proper shoe fit. I could not play tennis without blisters and neuroma pain until Brain made custom inserts for my tennis shoes. Now my feet are never a problem. What I really like is the shoes and boots are very stylish while still supportive and comfortable. Hard to get that right. This is not a chain. It is a family owned store. They select the shoes they carry and they care about their customers. I highly recommend.

I had custom shoe inserts made. The service was professional and the fit is great. However some of the employees inside were not wearing face coverings and were not socially distanced. Common sense is something that is not “mandated”. I stopped at four stores on the day of my visit here. This was the ONLY place where employees did not use face coverings. This is an unsafe environment and why a potential five star review is now one star, as well as the unapologetic response from management. No one should have to ask for face coverings and a private appointment would be ridiculous. Just do the right thing. It’s so easy. And I’m vaccinated too. Breakthrough infections are common.

My mother as been going to Foot Solutions for over 10 years. I met the owner for the first time, Brian, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He truly knows shoes and how to address the specific needs of ones feet.My mother has particular needs that orthotics can only solve. Foot Solutions has a CAD program that can accurately map the contours of ones feet. Within 3 days, a custom insole was ready.

Foot Solutions Sandy Springs exceeded my expectations and delivered an exceptional customer experience. I went in thinking I needed to replace my insoles and instead, they recommended refurbishing my existing inserts. They saved me a lot of money, the turnaround was quick, and I love they way they rehabilitated some older assets. I will most certainly be buying new insoles from Foot Solutions when my currents ones are end of life.

The location is a bit of a drive for me so I emailed Brian Riggs, the owner, and within an hour I had styles and sizes with pictures of what they had in stock regarding my request. He set the shoes aside until I could make it in and try them on. Amazing customer service.

I have been shopping at Foot Solutions for several years and I couldn’t be more pleased. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the shoes provide the support I need and they are stylish too. The shoes are not inexpensive but they last for years so I am definitely getting my money’s worth.

I met Michelle today when I visited the store for the first time. She was patient and informative while she assisted me in locating orthotics for my tennis shoes. They can customize the fit of the orthotic so that you have the perfect shoe for you.

I have shopped here consistently for about 7 years and love all the shoes I’ve purchased. Besides the excellent quality of the shoes, the customer service keeps me coming back! Brian and Marsha have been super to work with. Recently I took my mother, who has Alzheimer’s, to purchase shoes. Christine was extremely patient with her, and we succeeded in finding 2 pair of shoes that fit! I’ve also purchased 2 of my favorite scarves here. Happy shopping!

I never new the value of good shoes until I visited this shoe store. Brian helped me to find just the right shoes, which were not only cute, but so comfortable! He showed me a couple others that I didnt pick out (and frankly, didnt think I would like), and one of them ended up being my very favorite shoe! I even have it in a couple colors now, thanks to Christine as well. Since then, I havent worn any other shoes, since my feet and my back are so happy now. I never knew my back pain was due to shoes, until I found this amazing store! I have been a customer for the past 2 years and will be for good, thanks to the great team at this store!

I am sitting here looking at 20 pairs of shoes that I am getting rid of. Since I purchased my shoes from Brian at foot solutions, and found out how comfortable I can be, there is no going back! Stopped in on Monday because I’ve had severe foot pain the last several months. Jeremy helped me every step of the way. He answered all my questions and made sure my feet were happy. I ended up going back for a change to my order and he effortlessly took care of me.

I had three different people help me the entire time. My feet have been in awful condition and in pain for years. I could not go a day without pain, even when I was sitting or lying down. After my first appointment with them, I feel like they have changed my life. They spent an hour helping find the proper fit and support and really took the time to explain everything to me. I felt like they really cared and were really happy that they could help. They even let me hug them as I was leaving. They also take your HSA card! - This really helped me with the cost. This location is so caring and so dedicated in making you feel better. I will most definitely be back for some cute shoes I have my on and for the excellent customer service!

The folks at this store know their stuff! Brian made a world of difference on my feet explaining the variance in my gait and how to be more comfortable in any shoe that I wear. I go on long hikes through the mountains and now I will never wear another shoe. The custom orthotics fit my foot perfectly and there is a clear change in the alignment of my ankle and my knee, its no wonder I had issues in the past but now 15 miles is just a drop in the bucket, I couldnt be happier! I sent my mom here after discovering this place and was thrilled she had the same wonderful experience. I cant recommend them highly enough! Youll definitely find something you love

Maybe the owner is not aware that his Salesman (male) is trying to sell a larger size shoe because the store did not have the wider width shoes in stock. I would not recommend this store based on my experience.This is definitely not a good sign.

I am a hairstylist and was in desperate need for a good pair of shoes because I stand all day and was having lower back pain. I heard of Foot Solutions through a client and went by there. I met with Brian and he was very knowledgeable in regards to how orthotics work and explained everything making sure I understood the process. He made some recommendations and I bought an orthotic and shoes. I ended up coming back a few days later because my feet were hurting he offered some suggestions and I tried them but the shoes didnt work out. Talk about Dr Jekkyl and Mr Hyde he had an attitude. When i retuned the shoes he threw the shoes in a box, accused me of wearing them outside, suggested he could fix the problem but was very nasty and had a serious attitude. Needless to say I did get a refund and I will not come back😐.
