Customer service was awesome and they put on a great sales pitch. But its a massive rip-off. I was also told that I could file these with my insurance and that was not the case. The inserts that I got are no different than the ones I got in the drugstore.

My experience with my inserts have been great. I haven’t had any foot problems since my purchase. I really should have purchased the maintainer as well. Money well spent

In the store right now and cant believe I have to pay over 1300 with no shoes for my daughter. I will not be back. Been in here for almost 4 hours. I was expecting no more than 500.00 really but 1300.00 is ridiculous for a removable 3 part insole. My husband is mad as hell but not going to say nothing but I am. Thats too much. It would have been 2000.00 but we took the shoes off which made it 1300. I am in the wrong business. Update feet still hurt

Scott was EXTREMELY helpful. Initially I went to another location and the inserts helped on core foot issues but I wasnt told about the noise and fix BEFORE I bought the inserts which annoyed me and I had a foot issue with two toes rubbing that developed BUT the main part of my foot was better than before the inserts.I decided to go to the Sandy Springs location and Scott gave me the CORRECT instruction on how to use them that, somehow, I missed the first time or was instructed improperly. In all fairness to the first person who served me initially, I opted to use my poor slippers to save a little money which could have contributed to the toe rubbing and I may not have heard the instruction properly. Nevertheless, Scott was very clear on how to use the 3 sets of inserts and showed me a way to better secure them in my shoes. I will update this review after I have seen how my feet do in a few months.I feel confident that Scott knows what he is doing and that I have the best chance of the inserts working the way they should. You cant cut corners. My house slippers were inappropriate for indoor support and I already feel better with the proper slipper support.

I went to this particular location because I purchased my first pair of supports from this store and had a good experience. I wasnt sure I would buy today. I went in to price a new pair of sneakers. My sales associate, Scott, was so laid back, honest and patient with all of my questions that I ended up buying a pair of shoes and a new pair of supports. He evaluated my arch impressions and compared them to the last ones from two years ago and I realize that I dont just feel better wearing these. My arch and step are actually improving. I was not intending to purchase today, but when the person who helps you does not put any pressure on you, is honest, is very professional and has a friendly personality, I decided to just make my purchase with him. So over $600.00 later, I am happy with what I have and look forward to renewed support of my feet (and, therefore, my whole body) with my new sneakers and new supports that will compliment the pair I already own. $600.00 is a lot of money to spend so, if Im going to spend it, Id like to have a good customer experience in the process. Scott delivered.

The guy I was working with was great up until the point of me saying I wasnt prepared to spend $1,600 on some shoe inserts then he was extremely rude to me and made me feel obligated to purchase it but I didnt and I walked away free. I kept talking to him about price points and he said ignore that for now, Im worried about your health not your finances. Then got mad when I wasnt ready to fork out the money. Worst experience ever felt like I was at a car dealership. Dont recommend.

The product is better than having no insoles at all but its really not that great especially for the price. The inserts slide around a lot. The customer service is horrible. They gave me some pads to keep my big toe in an upward position and they made my feet hurt really bad, and I removed them and they had sticky stuff on the bottom of the insole. Then when I pulled the insoles out it ripped the top layer off of the inside of my shoe. Then the store would not even refund the sticky pads and they would not even replace the insoles. Now I have to buy a new pair of shoes because of this. This store is absolutely horrible. Shoe companies are beginning to make more shoes with arch support again, I would recommend just googling shoes that you can get with arch support and get those.

I saw the advertisement on television and became eager to visit the nearest location to me.When I came to this location Scott was very welcoming and gave a great presentation of this product.When trying the insert I felt an immediate change and much better!!! I went in to get relief for my aching feet and the sales associate, Khlya, was there, very helpful and very kind to assist me. After she determined what my issues were, I bought part of the corrective system and a pair of shoes. The system was much more than what I expected to pay, but hopefully it will prove to be a wise and successful investment. Khyla, however, offered great advice and instructions, so I will continue to take heed...she was FABULOUS!

The arch supports are overpriced. They charged me for an insole and didn’t give it to me. Save your money . It’s probably cheaper to see the podiatrist and get fitted for arch supports.

My doctor recommended that I get orthotic insoles for my condition. Had no idea of where to go, so I did like most and went to Google. Found The Good Feet Store not too far from my residence so I reserved a free fitting and walk test for the following day. Went to my appointment where Corrie greeted me and began the process. She was very knowledgeable and detailed as she went step by step through the process explaining the birth of the 3 step system program and the why and how of each step of the program. She gave me the opportunity to ask questions after each step as well. I felt well informed and confident in my decision to purchase everything at the end. If you have foot problems go see her. One more thing, as I was about to leave a gentleman who also worked there gave me information about submitting my purchase to my insurance company for reimbursement, something I didnt ask or even think about doing. Great employees work there. You can tell theyre passionate about customer service. I should know because Ive worked in retail management for over twenty years. Great job team!

I have had troubles with foot pain for years, and I have needed orthotics in my shoes after an injury that has left me with foot issues and nerve damage in my lower legs and feet. After going to the Good Feet Store and getting fitted with some new orthotics I could immediately tell a difference. I am able to get around much easier, with a lot more comfort. I’m very happy I checked them out, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a solution to getting back to a more normal way of life!

I am a bit disappointed. I have my inserts for a week tomorrow. I have been following the directions to end. I was hoping for some relief. My feet still hurts. Especially when I get up from my bed, chair and sofa, etc. For $1,704.65, I expected better results. And now its even worse. The inserts where the hump is. It has the my arch hurting. Im not bashing the company. Whats not working for me. They may can help someone else. And they sad part is, I cant get any of my money back.

I came into this place in dire need for help. Started a new job in metal manufacturing standing on concrete for 12 hours a day. I didn’t know what I needed. I met with Reggie and he was very helpful showing me their system and understanding my situation. I wasn’t quite prepared for the price of their full system but he let me know that my fsa could help and offered me an alternative option for the meantime. I look forward to working with him in the future and fully investing in my feet!!

When I first came into The Good Feet Store In Sandy Springs I was greeted with a friendly smile associate, named Myles. He was very knowledgeable courteous, and very respectful. He patiently explained everything in great detail and showed me everything in great detail how the orthotics work and would benefit my feet. Unfortunately my insurance would not cover any of the Orthotics. I could only afford the one orthotic. I have been wearing them now for two weeks and my feet are in less pain with them In my shoes. I did my follow-up with Scott at Good Feet in Sandy Springs, Ga. He is an excellent representative. He is very knowledgeable about their products. I like the way Scott explained the use of each of the insoles and how they are beneficial for your feet. So far my experience has been great.

Theses supports are so uncomfortable I can not wear them, and good feet does not give refunds. I will not recommend them to anyone.

Went in today for some orthotics and worked with Scott. Very knowledgeable and helpful in regards to my running needs. It’s not a cheap solution, but definitely a better system than any podiatrist or custom orthotics outfitter has offered me this far. Will update how my ankles and feet feel in about 30 days! Very hopeful!

I went to The Good Feet Store on Saturday because I have plantar fasciitis and my heel really hurts. Scott listened to me and fitted me with a pair of arch supports. I appreciated his friendly and expert way. I’m in the first week of wearing the arch supports. After 4 days I’m wondering if the fit is right so I returned to the store. Scott was there to help again today. He took the time necessary to understand what I was feeling, try different solutions, and make sure that I left feeling good about wearing the arch supports. He also assured me that I could return again if I had any question that I needed a different level of support. He’s going to call me on Sunday to see how it’s going. What great service!

I was living in a great deal of pain from my bones, in my legs, feet, and my back. I visited the Good Feet Store in hope that they would be able to help me. They were very professional, attentive and what I appreciated the most what fact that they listen to my needs. They told me they take care of all my problems that day, and so they did. I could stand straight up, and felt a inch taller. I could walk without pain for the first time in a very long time.. It was extremely wonderful, and Im back to walking without pain. Customer service was horrible!!!! Sales agent became indignant and dismissive when questioned about the requirement to fill out a service agreement allowing third party to access my information. Considering a $1200 price for insoles, would have expected better treatment. He then asked me to leave store if I didnt agree to sign and allow my privacy to be violated as he deemed it an irrelevant point. This was very unfortunate as the store was clean and neat.

I can’t say enough about the care and professionalism that my mom received from Donelle! She was knowledgeable, kind and patient! My mom has previously purchased a orthotic from a place in Chicago that she could not even use! So needless to say my mom’s feet are happier and we even noticed an improvement to her posture as a lift was added to compensate for one leg being slightly longer than the other.My mom also commented on the fact that the store in Chicago also sold really cheap shoes and sneakers as opposed to the great pair of fashionable Brooks she purchased.
