Ive been using this location for a few years now. Jamie, Jane & D have all been very professional, helpful and a joy to deal with. I highly recommend them

Not sure what is happening at this store. It is one that used to frequent and have enjoyed their service for years. Today I went in and the manager was so unpleasant and gruff that I considered leaving. Such a bad energy - no one wants to do business with a place when the employees are so visibly unhappy and storming around behind the counter. Hope things turns around. I’ll give it another shot- maybe just an off day? But a bad enough experience that I felt compelled to write this review.

Terrible service. Don’t waste your time at this UPS location. It’s worth the extra 10 minute drive to go to another location that has knowledgeable and KIND staff. The one associate legitimately hung up on me while on the phone. I typically do not post reviews, but because they provided such poor service I had to write a review.

I recently used this UPS location to return a pair of shoes to Nike. An associate at this UPS saw that I was returning shoes because they sealed my package up for me. The Nike box was visible beforehand and the shoes were seen. While I was there the shipping box was sealed in front of me and my return code was scanned and I was given a receipt. When the box reached Nike they let me know that my shoes were not in the box. They had an empty package at Nike. I’ve contacted Nike and let them know and they are looking into investigating this UPS. I see I’m not the one who’s been stolen from by this UPS location in Sandy Springs. It’s pretty sad that people risk their livelihoods for a pair of shoes.

Service is good and fast

Manager jaime was very disrespectful of my time the gentleman told her i was waiting for a notary and she still continued to put up boxes instead of helping me the customer

I work in the same plaza so it’s out of convince that I drop prepaid packages off here on my way out of the parking lot. This young associate with long hair that is dyed grey is super fast, knowledgeable and friendly. I would never chose this location to courier my personal items. The other staff is rude, or they ignore you and the line grows long. Once I was holding five boxes and a customer asked me if I needed help. But the associate just looked dazed as she leaned over the counter like she was daydreaming then looked over to see why I was struggling. The other male associate was working as slow as a sloth with another customer. The long haired associate was cleaning up the UPS room, and a man had been standing at the counter nervously yet patiently waiting for a document to be notarized. At FedEx, at least if my labels are prepaid, I can scan and drop it in a bin...

Wait is 20 to 30 minutes. Im too impatient.

Ive sent many packages from here and the service has always been good and friendly. They also do a great job packing items and helping with any questions.

I went to return a few Amazon items. Not sure what was going on the day I went but the lady at the counter had an attitude. I said Thank You a few times to her and she didn’t even look at me in the eye. Other than Amazon returns, this place is a no-go.

Im an indecisive Amazon shopper so I end up returning my fair share of items and when given the option I ALWAYS choose UPS over USPS. Ive always had good experiences with UPS in the different places Ive lived, but the staff at this store are at the head of the pack. They are efficient and friendly no matter the situation a customer throws at them. Ive witnessed some weird asks and they always go out of their way to help a customer and find a solution in the best interest of their customer. If there was an award I could nominate them for I would. Theyre #1 in my book!

Incredible customer service! I had to send out important forms, and the guy at the front, Jeff, went over and above what we were paying him for and helped to make sure everything was in order. He provided extra services that a typical UPS doesnt usually offer. He was patient, kind and very helpful. I could see that the other employees were treating other customers in the same way. Id like to make this my go-to mailing center from now on. Great experience and such a great feeling to feel valued as a customer. Thank you Jeff!

Bad customer service.

This place is awesome. I made an error on a form I brought in to have notarized. Jaime made the effort to download a new form, then made sure it was right. Best of customer service ever!!

I’ve given this location a try several times despite our past experiences as well as our friends telling us about their poor experiences here as well. My recent visit here just blew things over the top! I don’t know this lady’s name but she is the main culprit of our poor experience EVERY time. She is an older, rather thin female with short hair (tomboyish). She has no sense of customer service and a horrible attitude. She’ll be sitting behind the computer there, walks behind the counter and just stands there staring at you until you walk to the counter yourself assuming she’s ready to help you. NO “hi, how are you” “May I help you” nothing! I‘m not sure if she doesn’t want to work or doesn’t like her job but working retail and lacking basic customer service skill is unacceptable. For this reason, several of us have opted to drive an extra few miles to go to a different UPS store and avoid this location all together just because of this one person.

The best and consistent service Ive ever had from a business I frequent!!They know you ( and others) by name and always greet you with a smile! I online shop ( to much) and If they see me coming, If not busy, they start getting my packages!Everyone single employee is great!Im bad with names but Im going to make it my business to learn everyones just so I can update this post. I work in this area so I see me and the UPS family continuously doing business!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Very friendly guy behind the counter. I came in 20 min before closing and he was like, No worries... thats an easy one! Quick, clean and efficient! Good store (coming from a guy from across town).

My husband shipped a 6 feet+ fish made from a cast of one he had caught years ago. The store manager, Jeff, expended an extraordinary amount of time and attention to the care and packaging of this creature to attempt to ensure its safe delivery back to its home state of Florida. My husband was very pleased with the personal attention and great customer service and has nothing but 100% positive feedback for this location.

It’s an awful company. On the week of Christmas 3 big packages were lost at one delivery. We can see by our camera that truck is parking Across the street sending some stuff to neighbor at the time our package says delivered, no one is coming to our front door, neighbor which we know say they didn’t receive any of our stuff, after hours and hours of calling and waiting ups says they have no actual phone of the driver?!?!?!?!? and we need to contact the sender. It’s 4 days to Christmas and we have lost 6 items of gifts worth 800-900 and we really have nothing to give each other as a gift. We even told them if the driver is accessible he can remember what happened as we have our camera showing him. No help no answer no call back. Good luck with our belongings. Now I have to suspect our long time known neighbor as either it was them who kept the packages or driver kept the package without delivering it to us.

Poor Service and lack of accountability. I had shipped some boxes from this store across the country to my new address. They were completely destroyed and missing several items. UPS has so far not provided any compensation even after submitting multiple claims. Please refer to my photos below for evidence.

Walked in. Women at the counter appeared to be busy placing a label on a package. I was never greeted. I waited patiently for her to finish what she was doing as I know what it’s like to be busy. She proceeded to look up and stare at me. Again no greeting. I let her know I was here to pick up a package. Her response was “ okay, what does that mean” her tone was beyond rude. She sounded annoyed. I was very confused by the response as I feel I was better clear what I came in for. She didn’t ask me for my name or tracking number nothing at all. I let her know my name and it was then she looked. I will say the only reason I am giving one star is for the nice gentleman who asked for the tracking and provided my package for me. I am in disbelief.

Ive been a box holder here for about 2 years or so. I dont go in there often but when I do the employees are always nice, knowledgeable and prompt! Would highly recommend!!!!

I left some confidential documents for copying and to be sent overnight. Everything was handled in a prompt and professional manner. I was impressed. 100% satisfied.

The employees are extremely helpful and friendly. Only had been in there a handful of times before they started remembering my name too. Would highly recommend this store. My only complaint is that I used UPS My Choice to send a package to this store to pick up, and I got the notification that it had arrived. But when I got there they couldnt find it and it had mistakenly been sent back out on the truck. A bit frustrating because it was a Friday so it wouldnt arrive again until Monday. However the employees apologized profusely and even gave me a call on Monday when it got in. Overall, very good service, just need to make sure the employees know how to properly handle package arrivals.

The slowest counter workers Ive seen. Evenworse thant USPS. I wish they had competition. Where is FedEx?!

Called and verified that they could print on my paper (which was a heavy cardstock). They said they could. Called again and verified they could do it in the time crunch I needed them in, they verified they could. I went in and they not only didnt understand how to print on the machine, they said weve been having trouble with it lately. If the person who handles the machines isnt in, and your machine has had trouble, simply say We can do it, but not right now.

This is the BEST UPS Store in Sandy Springs and probably the entire Atlanta area. The owner is a gentleman of the first order and all his employees follow suit. As Ive always said, everything in a business flows from the top down. Everyone is knowledgeable and very polite.

The employees at this UPS store are very friendly and helpful. Ive been there several times and they are always eager to help and have a great sense of humor to boot.

Best UPS store in Atlanta bar none, always have a great experience in there, I shipped out a ring to my daughter for her birthday, came in almost two weeks later and the first thing they said to me was hi there, did your daughter like the ring, I was floored. Thats customer service at its best to me.
