Somehow this company turned a 1200$ job into a 5000$ job on my fusion that was sent to this unprofessional business. I didnt pay for it the insurance company did so I dont care really but I know body shops and if they do this to insurance companies they will probably do it to you too. So be aware. Also be aware of unprofessional employees when you call this business they will straight lie to you about when your car will be done (took 3 weeks for a trunk). Also check your brake lights before you leave because this company also forgot to reconnect the tail lights leaving me at risk to be pulled over and ticketed because of this companies shoddy incomplete work.

I made an appointment to get an estimate and when I showed up there was no appointment made.This probably seems like something small, the office had told me the next available appointment was for 9 am and I usually start work at 8 am so I missed 2 hours of work commuting in traffic for nothing.The cherry on top is the girl with “years of experience doing estimates for cars” took 1 picture of my vehicle asked for my contact information and was done.She verbally stated she would be able to send me an email estimate in an hour but after calling the office numerous times throughout the day, I was finally able to speak to someone. No word on what day or time the estimate will be available.

I had an awesome experience with Fix Auto. Everyone I talk to was friendly and very professional. I could not be more impressed with the work done. They not only fixed my car, but they gave it a great cleaning. The whole experience was such a smooth transition from dropping off my car and getting me into a rental . Car is fixed. Paint is matched perfectly.We probably will not use them again as there were issues with their speed calculations. We received several phone calls telling us it would be ready that afternoon. Then it wasnt ready a few hours later and wouldnt be until the next week.There were numerous excuses why and it was maddening because it felt as if they were either lying or just had no idea what was really going on in the shop. We were worried that they had screwed up the job and that was why they stalled.Then, after the car came home, the brake lights quit on one side. Apparently something wasnt connected strongly or a bulb was out.

Because of scheduling conflicts, I had to reschedule my appointment twice. After having rescheduled, I was being called about the first appointments. I was not given formal follow up phone calls about the work being done on my vehicle. I had to call daily to make sure the work was being done. I finally got a phone call about the proggres of the work after having left my car under Fix Autos care for two days, I was told it would take 4 days to complete the work, so I got a rental. Later that same day (3 30 pm), I get a phone call to come get my car because it was ready to go at 5 pm. I could not make it in time so I scheduled to pick it up by 9 the following day (Saturday). I showed up on Saturday to pick up my car and nobody opened the door until 9 20, once an agent was able to help me, he could not find my keys. So I am rushed on friday and saturday to get my car yet the representative didnt show up (up until 9 40 am) to release my car. Not happy with the service, not happy with the work either. I asked to have the registration sticker saved and wasnt. I do not recommend anyone use this shop.

There are many Fix Autos.. I highly recommend choosing ANY OTHER of their locations. This one is the worst Ive ever delt with. They are rude and unprofessional. The car was returned with door unaligned and they blamed the insurance company for having to use used parts.

Recently was involved in a minor rear end accident and was recommended to them by family. Overall, was very satisfied with the work they did on restoring my vehicle bumper. They left my car looking like new and did an awesome job on matching the body paint. Armando was also very professional and made sure that I would leave happy with job. Lastly, also appreciated that they had frequent updates through texts and frequent call to let me know the status of the job. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone I know.

I had my fender, sideview mirror replaced and the passenger door able to open without being impeded. They also did a great paint job and stripe for my car. The wheel lining was missing 2 snap-ons upon further inspection which I didnt noticed until I took my car home. Arlette contacted me and I came in later that week. Armando fixed my right front turn signal which didnt go on and put the snap-ons on the wheel lining. Great service and theyll take care of you. Thank you Armando and Arlette! I would come back and recommend them to my friends, family and anyone who needs a good auto repair shop.

I had my hood replaced. I brought my car in on a Monday, they had the parts in by Thursday, I dropped my car off on Thursday and had it back the next morning. They provided an Uber for me to get back home. When they couldnt get an Uber to pick me up, they drove my car back to me right away. It was all convenient and they handled everything. The manager and the office staff were professional, helpful, and kind. I will be using them again, hopefully not anytime soon though.

It is a great place with great customer service. Everyone was really nice and someone was always available when there to help you. The mechanics were also very nice when I went to pick up a few things from my car. The estimate process is also a spot on with the time they say and they also keep you updated almost every other day.
