I purchased 2 used transmissions from another company, both were trash, they were under warranty however I still had to pay twice for instillation, so I decided to purchase a rebuilt transmission from these guys. During the installation we discovered it didnt fit my vehicle. I called and told them the situation and they said they would send a driver out and pick up the transmission. I had the fixed transmission the following day. That is what I call above and beyond customer service. These guys Rock....Thank you for the Great customer service.

Sold me a bad transmission. When I contacted Harold, the owner, he told me he had another unit that would be built and sent to me right away. After waiting months I was told it was all a lie and they currently had no core to rebuild. The irony about that is I paid a extra $600 to keep my core and he knew I had one just sitting here when I told him the first unit was bad. I offered my core, told him the 3rd gear was completely gone and would need to be replaced, as would be front differential because it was making noise. It a AWD transaxle so it’s part of the transmission. I waited a long time to get the second transmission back. Low and behold the 3rd gear was not replaced and the second install is now a total waste as well. When I contacted Harold to inform him he did everything but own the issue. Tried bringing up how long it took me to get my car back into the shop for the second install. As if It’s not enough of a burden to pay for install after install because of his company’s mistakes, scheduling a opening at my shop for the car to get fixed multiple times, and to be out of my car for almost a year over the whole thing. Now I have to deal with this guy giving me a hard time over trying to keep up with his company’s mistakes. Not to mention he has yet to provide me with what I paid for in almost a year now. He keeps trying to fall back on the 1 year unlimited mile warranty that’s almost expired due to his poor workmanship. He has all but refused to give me a refund and will not even email me back now. So, if you want to be sitting around a year later with your money in his hands, with a broken transmission, two install bills, and a scammy company who does shotty work who will find any way to screw you instead of giving your money back and doing the right thing....buy from these guys. I’ve compiled all my emails from Harold Pemstein from the beginning of this situation. His lack of communication and willingness to resolve this issue has forced me to file a lawsuit to get my money back from him. Take my warning and never to business with this guy or his company, it’s just not worth the headache and runaround.
